SRO? If you meant SOR (sex offender registry), he hasn't been charged with rape so he won't have to register. His official charge is only incest.
He'll just slide free with the year in jail counting toward his sentence, I won't be surprised if he is allowed back to 14BC. However I don't think Tom and Harriet would let him near Barb.
Although it's quite possible that Chris will wind up in an SRO (Single Room Occupancy).
In terms of the Sex Offender Registry, probably not. It's still possible for incest though if -- and only if -- the conviction includes a finding that Barb was mentally or physically incapacitated.
Wouldn't that mean it was rape? Yes, it would, but it could be an alternative to rape for a plea deal.
I don't think it will go that way, as it would be way easier to get Chris' attorney to agree to an easy plea deal if it means no SOR.
I disagree that Chris would blow all of his money in a week if he does have a large sum waiting for him.
Every time Chris has received a largeish sum of money, he has spent it immediately on toys or vidya. Every time. It just evaporates within a month or two. Anytime he gets $1000+ in extra funds he treats it like his childhood Sega shopping spree.
It was discussed before, his tugboat is on hold, not accruing, while locked up.
He’s a warden of the state, so doesn’t have any basic expenses.
Not sure how it works in USA, but the inmate has to contact our version of the SSDI office prior to release to arrange having it reinstated.
I've posted about it a *ton* of times, noted it in the FAQ, etc., the tugboat does not go on hold while in jail for a crime you have not been convicted of. If it is suspended, it's by mistake. The only situation Chris has been in that would suspend it was the time he was in the state hospital.
While I was searching just now for my posts on it to copy the SSA links, I realized that there are people who pointed this out not long after Chris' arrest like
@Level 43 and
@PostChrisReroll .
But here:
