Chris is lucky (and special) that he got that treatment in jail. No matter how contradictory, Chris still thinks that being mainstreamed by his parents and not being sent to special school was the best thing to happen to him and he boasts how much he came out of his social shell and was superior to other slow in the minds, despite his actions for the last 30 years. Another reason why their mainstreaming experiment failed (among spoiling and catering to Chris' paranoia/delusions/laziness) and why it was a waste of time and money getting Chris into PVCC. I think on June 6th (9th?) chris made a plea deal. I think he confessed to the cops about porking his mom and agreed to plead guilty. As a result he'll likely be either let go on time served or house arrest/probation. Barb is probably living with uncle Tom and aunt Harriet. And chris likely walks free

Yeah, lower functioning is certainly it, the fact that he was convinced of HFA in the first place is downright ignorant. Even most mid functioning autists at least have some awareness.

Current psych evals are probably the new holy grail of Christory.

I go with the idea Chris had a deal lined up in February and sperged out in court which got him put in the nut house. Now he's probably gonna end up with time served and hopefully some restrictions that keep him away from Barb.

I highly doubt he even gives a rats ass about Barb anymore. From his early letters saying that she wasn't his real mother, and instead it was Emanuel, I always took as some sort of cope for fucking her, but given they haven't spoken much at all in this entire year, and Chris eventually giving up, pretty quickly, helping her or demanding people help her, I think he's just done with her for good.

People think Chris loved Barb and is going to try to get back together, but I think it's just like his usual behavior with women in the past, as soon as one's gone, he'll forget about them and move on. Same with Barb. Seeing those two interacting on camera and Chris always getting upset and flustered with her makes me think he's happy to have her out of his life. She was just easy pussy that was available at the time.

I feel like Chris at some point had the potential to become functional enough to care for himself in standard ways (like cooking, bathing, etc.) and maybe even hold down a simple job, but that would have been in childhood before his ego was set on a terminal course. He inherently has a shit personality and is dumb in a way that I think may not be related to autism.

That's true. As much as Chris likes to claim love and kindness, it always has to be directed towards him. Plus he's selfish and greedy. The dumbness has to come from Chris lack of theory/mind, and part of his growing ego. He cared more about his love quest than his education at PVCC. I know it's been discussed here about Chris' IQ, and I think it's probably at 8th grade level. Chris just flew by all the way to the 12th grade and all he learned was how he got butthurt for not getting an award for his 'art'. He had no immediate plans for college until Bob enrolled him. Chris' classmates were able to enroll themselves (with some help with their parents), Chris was a different case.

SRO? If you meant SOR (sex offender registry), he hasn't been charged with rape so he won't have to register. His official charge is only incest.
He'll just slide free with the year in jail counting toward his sentence, I won't be surprised if he is allowed back to 14BC. However I don't think Tom and Harriet would let him near Barb.

In terms of the Sex Offender Registry, probably not. It's still possible for incest though if -- and only if -- the conviction includes a finding that Barb was mentally or physically incapacitated.

I don't think it will go that way, as it would be way easier to get Chris' attorney to agree to an easy plea deal if it means no SOR.

Every time Chris has received a largeish sum of money, he has spent it immediately on toys or vidya. Every time. It just evaporates within a month or two. Anytime he gets $1000+ in extra funds he treats it like his childhood Sega shopping spree.

Not sure how it works in USA, but the inmate has to contact our version of the SSDI office prior to release to arrange having it reinstated.

I've posted about it a *ton* of times, noted it in the FAQ, etc., the tugboat does not go on hold while in jail for a crime you have not been convicted of. If it is suspended, it's by mistake. The only situation Chris has been in that would suspend it was the time he was in the state hospital.

Chris doesn't really think in terms of dollar values. He doesn't look at the price of something and decide whether or not he can afford it. All he knows is he wants it, and he'll continue buying whatever he wants until his cards get declined. Then he begs the internet for money. So his spending rate isn't really determined by his lowbrow lifestyle, but more by his current credit limit. Give him a huge lump sum and it will only delay the moment when his cards start being declined. He will continue to spend it until it runs out.

Maybe his own personal comfort is one of the few things that trumps buying toys?

Just as they may in error have yanked it at the outset, they may have in error failed to suspend it while he was institutionalized.

Also what if he was never actually held for being incompetent to stand trial, but the period of time he was at Western was simply an evaluation period, and at the end of it, they determined he actually was competent to stand trial?
