I know this is late as fuck, but what the hell is wrong with sanders expression?? Why do his eyes and eyebrows inner sides go upwards likes when a cartoon cries when he is smiling?? He cannot smile like a normal person? Does he not see no one smiles like that?

He really freaks me out... His eyes expression when he smiles gives me the shivers, for real... I do agree with what you guys been saying about him being an abuser, he really is. And a dangerous and sneaky one, I mean, all abusers are dangerous and sneaky, or most at least, but these types who play the nice good person and in reality they're totally fucked up in the head I find the scariest ones. I find him utterly disgusting, and the incel vibes are on another level... The only thing I can think of when I see him is: Vade retro, satanas! Anyhow, that's all I had to say.

And it will never happens, not from her mom. The sheer difference between him, Griffen and Ari is they admitted mom will never love them, so they leave the house and build their own relationships with their partner and maybe one day their own children. Sander can't do that, he has no girl(boy)friend, no job and still live in the house doing tiktok dances. I think if he hasn't build a good relationship with Jazz, he would be worse rn.
What Sander really needs is someone to kick his ass and tell him to grow the fuck up once and for all. I 100% blame Jeanette for what she did to Sander, Griffen, Ari and ESPECIALLY Jazz, but sadly, kids with toxic parents can't do anything except leave the house, Sander is an adult now, he can get a job, rent an appartment and start a new life but he doesn't want to!

Sander ffs, mom will never love you and you know it, she only loves Jazz, you're a burden to her and she secretly wish you leave the house so she can have an exciting new life with Greg and Jazz.

despite having not distinctively terrible-looking teeth, Sander still manages to have that toothless limp mouth when he smiles. Most people have a pretty visceral reaction to a toothless mouth

It's what happens when you fake charisma. You can't fake charisma, it's one of those things that are very obviously natural and impossible to pretend. Sander's not a charismatic person, he doesn't have that vibe that makes other follow you, not he is able to appeal others. His smile is fake, he doesn't really have that "thing" that makes him smile for real. See, when I googled for "fake charisma", I got these two images. Which one is natural charisma and which one is fake? The answer is obvious even without the words:

Sander's desperate for approval, so all his attempts to become an influencer are equally desperate. A real "influencer" is someone who acts natural and people want to follow. Many influencers are astroturfed and were highly pushed to promote products, but they would have never been able to attract a big fandom on their own otherwise.

Funny how a few people get the feeling Jazz and Sander were Bad Touched, and a page later VC Andrews gets mentioned.
Andrews also came from a family with terrible boundaries (no surprise at all) but compounded by her disability (conveniently worsening in late teen years…), she was cloistered by her mother and lived with her until death do us part style. She had to ask her niece for information about sex when writing her books, as she did not know how to write the mechanics of intimacy.

The impression Jazz and Sander are giving off is that one of them was fiddled with, and then committed COCSA against the other and with their emotional stunting, both now pretend neither remembers & instead what connects them is this spEcIAL bOnD. Happens far more frequently than anyone would care to admit, especially in families involved in insular religions & where theres 3 or more years between the youngest child and the next.

If I had to guess one person in the family who got diddled, it would be Jeannette.

Traumatic responses are infectious and can be passed on. Not in a Lysenko kind of way, but in a monkey see, monkey do kind of way.

For example, one of the kids in the Chowchilla school bus kidnapping had siblings who were not kidnapped, but the traumatized kid roped her siblings into playing "Bus Driver" with her. She would set up chairs in a row and they would periodically get on and off the "bus." Very boring game, nothing creepy, nobody getting hurt, nothing violent, but she was processing her trauma and "infecting" her siblings with some of that anxiety.

I agree that the whole family's attitudes towards sex and sexuality seem off, and Jeannette seems like a plausible point source.

I was joking about my V. C. Andrews comment.

But, if you ever read the FitA saga, the reason the siblings started to have sex was because they were forced to live together for about three years in one single room, sharing one bathroom and playing mom and dad for their younger brothers. There was no boundaries for them when Cathy was leaving puberty.

That's why all these groomers don't get why we are wary about them being so sexually open around kids. Kids don't understand boundaries, you need to teach them limits because they're sponges. If they see two adults touching each other without any shame, they will not only do the same to others, but they allow other to do to them, and that's very, very dangerous.

Jazz's penis has been a subject for the family since he was very young. He's 21 now and they all have been talking about his penis for about two decades. If they talked openly about someone's penis when they were kids, then of course they would talk about penises outside the household, even the twins and Ari, when they were young too. Who knows if they ever were inappropriate with other kids or between each other and Jeanette didn't mind because she thought it was "normal".

If there was abuse of that type, I think Sander, being a near-sociopath, likely "practiced kissing" (eughh) and such on Jazz. Griffen seems to be the Reggie of the pair and has made a partial escape recently, so perhaps your theory is correct, but if so, Griffen tapped out early on and Sander is mainly to blame.
