I don't know how active or crazy they are, I can say that I've gotten an ad for the bigger 2 several times on youtube. So they have some sort of effort into promoting them, but I've yet to actually jump into them myself. The Valkyrie chick does seem really chill and decent though. Maybe I should do a couple stream looks at them. There's just so many now it's getting hard to pretend that I won't end up being a dead sub for a majority of vtubers I'm not already invested in lol

Meanwhile I keep forgetting Verse is a thing until a designated simp or two in here brings them up. Makes me feel bad honestly, you would think that with decent designs and SONY they should be able to get some progress and promotion. Fishman should just go tell Sony he'll take them under his wing and build them up for some sponsership money or something. Phase Connect is loaded with decent talent I feel but it's still wild to me Verse is such a forgotten stepchild.

Regis's voice is still soft but it's getting more tolerable. Add that to the clips and humor he seems to have an I might like him more than I thought soon. The guys are all pretty chill and mesh well too so far. I might actually keep up with them.

It's much more commonly used by Vocaloid fans than general anime fans, so it's much more understandable Regis and Ike would use/know them considering their backgrounds (youtaites - Youtube Utaites). It just comes from Utattemita/歌ってみた (I try to sing) from old NND days that people still use today, although now more and more people just opt to call it for what it is which is song covers.

Edit: Many youtaites have been making transitions to Vtubing because it seemed like a natural progression from them and they have a higher chance of possibly getting into agencies considering their already pre-existing backgrounds in content creation (singing, drawing, animating, music creation etc), some of which can go as far back as the early 2010s. It's only a question of whether they can keep to a strict schedule of actually streaming or just fade into procrastination.

Calli herself has also dipped her toes into this part of the fandom before and Enna was very heavily part of it, as was Ike.

The collab started with Enna and Pomu saying they were on their period and pondering how their periods synced without being physically near each other and Enna 'comforting' Selen by saying she'll be on her's by the end. So it was cursed from the get-go.

I had to hear that whole conversation, and I don't think it is fair if you all don't experience that with me.

Heavily agreed, put the stream, went to do something else, and as the boys put it, it was pretty much a podcast, and a very enjoyable one. The chemistry is top notch, and they felt a lot more relaxed, blue boi included. I was initially subbed to only 2 of them and ended up subbing to all 4, the collab felt pretty great.

Maybe slightly doomposting, but i pray that the continued collabs they planned on doing don't wind up burning them out, i hope they space them out a little bit.

No one knows for sure where the collab block is coming from. It could be OmegaLULa being an Omegabitch or it could be Anycolor scared they will lose their fujo chinks. No one really knows.

What did she do previously? If she's doing this on a corprit account there might already be enough to start a thread or at least begin the archival process tho that openly communist vtuber probably has a head start.
