- There are no obituaries for David Kirk Ginder (i.e. Byuu/near).
- There is no death certificate for David Kirk Ginder.
- He didn't appear in the US Overseas Death report for June/July 2021.
- There are no open estate proceedings for anybody called David Kirk Ginder (estate proceedings are, of course, a matter of public record).
- Nobody that was IRL friends/family of David Kirk Ginder has said anything about his death on social media ever.
- An ex-employer he hadn't spoken to in years, and some Twitter warrior with an anonymous Google doc, are the "trusted sources" that everyone else is citing.
- His domain registrar is auto-updating as if someone was still paying the bill and as if the linked bank account wasn't frozen.

I get that you're probably just being obtuse, but for the benefit of other readers I've laid out the facts for the nth time.

I repeat: believing that Byuu is actually dead requires you to explain each and every one of those dot points (and traditionally with increasingly convoluted logic). The alternative hypothesis that he's still alive satisfies them all immediately.
