Yes Hayden is suing me again.
As this is a Hayden repository I'll post the details here.
He issued a claim on 5th July for 5 tweets I made in April and May, in response to his goading and provocation. His claim actually includes the tweets he made, saying 'imagine having a parent who trolls and harasses Disney' and using the comments of the judge (who didn't understand the difference between emails and tweets) n his first vexatious lolsuit to drag my character, Hayden boasted about what a credible witness he is and how he has never had a member of parliament make derogatory comments about him, unlike me who has had George Galloway call me mental. Farmers might remember that Hayden leaked Gorgeous George's madness via one of his sock puppets on here, in 2020. In his first ridiculous claim, Hayden thought Galloway's idiocy was somehow relevant.
I therefore pointed out the bleeding obvious. when it comes to bad character.
Having attempted to intimidate me by doxing my daughter, Hayden then reported me to the police in May.
When the police refused to act, beyond asking me if I would mind not misgendering him, in order to stop his constant complaints , Hayden waits until the 5th July to issue his claim. The offending tweets were automatically deleted some time ago. Hayden will probably know when.
The timing is interesting. I had been under severe stress because my daugher who has autism, lost her school place at the end of June. Also, as I said, on here, I was on my knees dealing with not only this, but also my husband has been really unwell and was referred for colonoscopy under the two week wait cancer pathway. He had the procedure yesterday. Hopefully it's all ok, but they've sent some tissue off for biopsy.
Hayden seems to have sat on this claim until he sensed I was at a low ebb., issuing in a week where I was having to cope with the total stress of a child who had just been excluded from school, was missing her school production and end of term stuff, while having to keep strong for the other children, while single-handedly doing everything because my husband was too debilitated to do much beyond rest in his chair for much of the time, as his ailment was making him seriously fatigued.
Instead of issuing his claim by my solicitor, he waited until I returned home from holiday and put it in the post.
He's suing me for £10,000 to £25,000 in the county court, for misuse of private information. I ought not to 'litigate' via social media but I'm just going to hand it over to my solicitors, ask for this to go back to the High Court to Nicklin, point out the very public nature of Hayden's background - it's still on a live thread on Mumsnet from 2018, it's on a CitizenGO petition signed by over 200,000 people across the world, it's on here of course and people constantly discuss it on Twitter and have done for years.
I think when he's attacking me for being of bad character, his own, especially as he seeks to build a profile for himself as a 'reasonable' commentator on trans issues is extremely relevant. Plus Hayden v Dickenson makes clear that there is a dodgy conviction he wants hidden...
I want this back before Nicklin and I want some kind of civil restraining order to stop this constant monitoring of my feed and suing me. I might also seek a counter-claim for harassment.
My feeling is that this is just another vicious grift for money.
EDITED TO ADD: - this is another claim funded via Help with Fees, in other words, taxpayer money because despite his extensive travels, membership of a London club and meals out, Hayden does not have enough cash to bring a county court claim himself.
