When I was retyping her quote, my phone kept autocorrecting "geek" to "week" because even an inanimate object knew that "until next geek" makes no fucking sense.

Yep, that’s her! I don’t remember Alex’s last name and can’t be bothered to go looking for him at the moment, but I remember seeing probably half a dozen photos of him and he was always wearing a light blue long-sleeved button down shirt and khaki pants. Always.

As for who got the short straw in that relationship, Alex isn’t what I’d consider a catch or anything, but he’s not hideous. Kinda plain, really thin, glasses. Looks like your stereotypical high school nerd character, except he’s like 30. Of the two, I’d say he definitely got the worse deal. (But it’s Allyson so the bar is really low.)

I must have missed all those photos, somehow — shame there's no IFGW archive really. If he's even halfway normal looking then she definitely punched above her (considerable) weight; he'd have to work really, really hard to be as much of a depressing, greasy drag as she was!

Allyson used to do it too. There was some discussion in one of the nuked subreddits that they turn off the spell check and do it on purpose to make it look like they're so sick they can't even type properly. Or in allysons case theyre faking dyslexia. Like a version of tumblr cry typing.
In Dani's case I'm on the fence as to whether she was only pretending to be retarded.
