Something I noticed from the OP it's that it appears he doesn't have a love life. No boyfriend, no ex-boyfriend. From my research TiMs typically prioritize bottom surgery over FFS. This seems true doe AGP and HSTS: AGPs do it for the coom, HSTSs do it for the internalized homophobia. You can't really show off your bottom surgery results on TikTok, so I think Dylan is more excited for FFS because it's something that others can easily see and it "preserves his youth". I think he knows that gay men do not like stink ditches, so he's keeping his penis. I concur what others have said with him worried about aging out of the twink demographic and I think hes prioritizing fixing his face to ease those insecurities. Someone else can probably explain it better as I'm sleep deprived but it's not that AGP/HSTS is useless now, it's that at the time Blanchard didn't consider the existence of the internet in it's current state, how fetishes can be amplified due to ease of access to unlimited porn, and how transgenderism can spread like a social contagion. Since it's basically hip to be trans and that it gives you a free pass from criticism, men have an incentive to identify as transwomen and thus they won't fit into the AGP/HSTS framework. Also, since it's easy to access deviant porn, it's easier for men to become coomers and turn into an AGP and thus there's way more AGPs than HSTSs now.
