In this case, Baked managed to get away with having a buddy disrupt the proceedings for him so people didn't get to listen to it in real time.

He's still a little bitch who turned over any private messages the feds told him to, and still has an ongoing obligation to comply, and sentencing coming to make any such demands appear irresistible (although it is unlikely he has anything useful left).

I dont think it was the judge being suspect on shutting it down, it was that Faked's IP2 associate possibly deliberately "protested" to try to get it shut off.
