I am all for "all gender" toilets. In Europe many toilets are unisex anyway. For example in Poland when you go shopping for clothes there are no female and male changing rooms, it's a unisex area and it's common for men to be standing outside curtained stalls because Polish women are pain in the ass and we force our men to go shopping with us and tell us how we look. Now, this works because of common decency and Poland not having rapey culture.
