Oops, I was under the impression that he graduated from Harvard. I find it funny that despite being a lawyer, he claims that accosting a justice for ruling "the wrong way" can never amount to terrorism. Accosting, while not a the term for any specific crime, can rise to the level of harassment or even battery if unwanted contact is made. If a crime is committed to further a political end (crimes committed against supreme court justices because of one of their rulings would certainly fall under this umbrella), then it meets the requirement for terrorism. This also seems like an egregious misinterpretation of the article. Genetic and doping tests have been required for years, even before the tranny stuff, but a layperson like myself just doesn't have the time to research every sports governing body to see when these rules were put into place and also have the knowledge to decide if they are fair or not.
