I think it's more like she can't stand not telling everyone she's Not Like Other Girls!!! This is the real me, mom! Also, if her country is so homophobic, why would she be telling random people she's a lesbian? And has she ever considered that a sexist culture contributed to her not wanting to be seen as a woman? (Of course not.)
She doesn't need a man that sees her as a man, she needs one that sees her as a person. She thinks that this makes her different than other women, who are all obviously content with not being treated like actual people and have never felt the exact same way she does. These people go so hard on being unique that they circle right back to being the same as everyone else. It's incredibly easy to see from the outside. Literally just teenagers being teenagers. No they don't, children do not have a right to privacy that supercedes their parents' rights unless they have been emancipated. That's why the parent can decide things like where the child goes to school. 1. There are far more organs involved in "basic waking body functions" than he mentions. The liver for example is essential for maintenance of blood glucose level.

2. The pineal gland doesn't do shit for humans. In lower vertebrates without a neocortex, the pineal gland sits right on top of their brains and is connected to a photosensitive "third eye". Thus their pineal glands play a role in the light-dark circadian rhythm. In humans the pineal gland is buried beneath two wrinkly bloats called the cerebal cortex, and there is no "third eye".

3. The pituitary gland does not secret estrogen for God's sake! Instead it secrets Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) which stimulates estrogen production from the ovaries, which males don't have. Instead FSH stimulates sperm production in men.
