Just wanted to note that there is no reverse mortage on the house, it was remortgaged. If Chris or Barb can somehow scrape together the money to pay off the second mortgage, they'll own it free and clear.

I think it's safe to say that if Chris ever gets out, and provided both he and Kengle are still alive, then Kengle is going to obviously offer Chris a couch or something at his place since 14BC is no longer Chris's home.
Also, on the subject of who gets the house in the event the mortgage is paid off and Barb dies without a will...doesn't it mean Cole gets the house since he's the older son of Barbra?

To Chris this being awake does not mean what you think it means going back to his arrest, long string of prison letter.
