Nope. Determining Barb is unable to consent right now (or at the time of the doctor's assessment) is not the same as determining Barb was unable to consent at the time the incest took place.Wouldn’t it just be a matter of a doctor assessing Barb for cognisance and if it turns out she’s a vegetable and that Chris is guilty of incest then a rape charge would apply too? I’m retarded though so it’s probably more complicated than that.
Why do people keep saying this?
Also it's good to see you're still around (or maybe I haven't been paying attention).
for the last time Just because Chris is being charged with a felony for once in his life, doesn't mean he's going to big boy prison for five or even three years. Best Case scenario: time served minimum of a year and slapped with sor and felony charges which gives him a felony record. worst case scenario suspended sentence of 2 to 3 years with a year served. So the same only arguably worse since hell also be on strict probation, which if he violates or fucks up even once then it's off to prison with him.
I'm gonna guess that his psychological evaluations will be locked away for confidential reasons?
Wouldn't we get summarized stuff from them during his trial (if the grand jury indicts)?
Well, in my case I was clearly reading the case activity backwards, so my mistake!
I stand by my contention that Chris is refusing what is undoubtedly a plea deal that would be in his best interest.
It's really strange that the prosecutor waited an entire year to upgrade the charge and send him to a grand jury for indictment,
now that he's no longer in J&DR court all of the proceedings will be public record.
I've already made this joke.If only I was one of those 200 IQ super geniuses, I could've gotten a law degree at a young age, become an established lawyer, and when the incest saga starts I could fly to Virginia and provide Chris with a rock hard defense.
Or the deal included pleading guilty and actually admitting what he did was wrong and actually taking responsibility for his actions.he probably was offered to plead out with time served, and is refusing, maybe because one of the release conditions is that he doesn't get to go back to 14BC and his toys and vidya.

When a forbidden love takes form in the oddest shape. Christine, a trans lesbian female soul bonds with her mother to cure dementia.Lifetime Would Go Over The Top, and the film would be confusing as fuck because they would be too afraid to paint Chris as the aggressor. The title if the movie would be, "Not Without My Daughter's Penis: A Trans Lesbian Love Affair Ahead of Its Time"
Rumor Wilson Wod Play Chris because social Justice.
Jessica Lange would play Barb
Dan Akroyd would play Kengle.
I think it's because Chris doesn't exactly have a penchant for certain victims, and I'm sure they analyzed him to see if he would be a danger to others, in the sense of the community. I'm not talking about people who are around Chris, because lets face it, no one wants to be around Chris.Someone made a good post about the odds of Chris going on the SOR. I can’t find it, but I remember it surprised me. The odds are not as good as we might expect because it’s not designed with someone like Chris in mind. Among other reasons.
Maybe Heilburg can pull a hail maryIf one can prove it.
Now if he gets out and gets rapey in the tard home, then yeah, he'll probably get nailed with it.
Maybe Heilburg can pull a hail mary
Dr streets will solve things there.Chris will walk, and in a way this actually might be the worst thing that could happen to him.
Chris has a tard shield, like during the Michael Snyder case where he had to plead out. I think his plea in that case didn't require him to say that he was guilty, but he had some outburst that Snyder "DIDN'T DESERVE ONE RED CENT!", and everyone in the court just ignored him.I'm pretty sure Chris would've pleaded guilty, but being the dumbass he is. Also professed innocence or that he did nothing wrong. Which from my understanding wouldn't fly because the deal is he would plead guilty. Not no contest or whatever the verdict is called in that case.
It's also possible that he doesn't understand that just because he can't go to 14 bt. It doesn't mean he can't have his stuff. If I recall they're allowed to retrieve their belongings with a police escort or have someone retrieve it on their behalf. However, Chris being Chris probably freaked out immediately and went full retard in court.
Man I hope heilberg explains to Chris how property works and why he won't return even if Barb is gone. But it might be futile regardless.
