Honestly, I can't think of any charitable interpretation as to what the fuck wigglers are supposed to be. If it's representing himself, then it's narcissism. If it's representing his followers, then it's pretty creepy considering how child-like it is, especially given what we know of his history.

I know that a lot of content creators have created these cults of personality around themselves, giving their fanbase some dumb name and fostering the parasocial relationship for financial gain, but most of them keep things firmly parasocial. There are exceptions of inappropriate behavior with fans, even underage fans, many of which have been documented here on this site. It's wrong no matter who's doing it, and I'd call out the behavior whether it's a troon or not.

With all that said, Lucas has gone far over the line on multiple occasions, and continues to do so to this day. Grooming minors into thinking they're trans, sending them collars, convincing them to take bathtub HRT behind their parents' backs...short of having them show up at his apartment to be personally sexually abused by Lucas, I can't think of much else worse he could be doing, and I pray it never gets that far. His relationship with his mostly underage fanbase is just flat-out wrong, and no amount of cutesy imagery will change that.
