The only thing that distracts me about her model is how much larger her eyes are compared to everyone else. They are freakishly huge. She has an utterly amazing singing voice, though.

I've said it before, but I really think she might be the most fun just to try and converse with solely because of how strangely her brain works. Don't let these latest discoveries stop you from enjoying his pre-trooning work. (See also Esselfortium.) You can wish for all the happiness you want, we both know that there is no happy ending for anyone going down the troon pipeline. There are multiple ways this can go and none of them are happy. It's a shame because while I didn't know Stebbins was a brony, the vids I saw of him made him seem like a nice guy. Trooning out is never the answer and just a symptom of deeper issues. I had more typed out on how/why it won't end well but I was just preaching to the choir with a wall of text, we just know that it's going to be the elephant in the room and even if he still makes good eurobeat you will always have that feeling of bad news incoming.

On a more cheerful note I finally got around to looking at Aki's bellydance video and I wasn't really impressed. I don't think it works with the medium, but who is the best dancer? (Why Cover hasn't prioritized Bae with 3D gear is a fucking mystery, just like IRyS (and Kiara) who is more concert/idol oriented)

In China, internet people can act with impunity as long as it's against a correct target. There is nothing you can do to stop this because the authorities will not help you.

There have been plenty of incidents involving nationalistic Taiwanese antis but the difference between them and PRC is that Taiwanese supporters are just as vocal against antis as anyone else while Chinese supporters have to keep quiet or get serious real-life consequences.

Being wary of any connection to China is just pragmatic. It is a different world operating under different rules and if you get screwed by your mandatory business partner over there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop or mitigate the damage.
