You’re absolutely right. That’s being clever and resourceful though. Polly is neither. She also needs new everything. Don’t want something that an icky poor student touched.
She’s confusing brands. Always and Tampax are both owned by Proctor and Gamble. Always is their pads brand while Tampax is their tampon (and more recently menstrual cup) brand. She did beg for a huge box of Always pads so I think that’s what she’s referencing to (despite that the nurses would have given her pads too if she wasn’t so awful).
Polissa is on high munchie mode this morning. She is considering using weed to treat her upset stomach and heartburn because muh red 40 and titanium dioxide.

She’s also being a munchie about ADHD and I don’t know, autism

Then asked again for food money. Now it’s for breakfast items, drinks, and snacks

Re: her specifically asking for breakfast foods, I’ve seen her talk about how she only has enough food for two breakfasts and one dinner before. I think she truly believes that some food is breakfast only, some for only lunch (sandwiches? Receipts have included deli meat and expensive bread), etc. Which is hella autistic and not how it works. She in particular also does not need snacks, especially as a meal course if she’s “starving.” $10 isn’t much but could still get her a few meals if she was smart about it. She’s not though, so she’s waiting for forty more bucks to blow on candy and soda.
Edit: I’ve noticed that Polly’s Walmart prices are generally similar to mine, so here’s what I came up with for roughly $10 before taxes (I’ll be generous and assume she has $5 in the bank/Cash App. If not, then she can take off the bananas). I didn’t look at how much the whole wheat GV loaf was (just put the first GV loaf into my cart), but I’d assume it’s the same price.

Again, this doesn’t include tax (I’m assuming that she’s not super broke). She could swap the jelly out for GV peanut butter instead for a similar price. (20 cents less than the jelly if we’re truly pinching pennies, but it was out of stock in my area so couldn’t add it.) Peanut butter has more protein and could also mean peanut butter sandwiches. But if we’re going with “breakfast,” this is an idea. 2 slices of toast, 2-3 eggs (maybe Dobby would get one too if Polly wasn’t so selfish), and maybe even a couple sandwiches for lunch. Milk if she absolutely can’t drink water with her meals because “muh aversions.” Josh and her eat one banana each or split a banana between them for two days.
I know that if she was reading this she wouldn’t take my advice to heart. Just showing that $10 for multiple breakfasts (and a couple lunches) is absolutely possible in her area. (This sort of exercise is also fun to do lol) She’s just being a picky irresponsible baby about it.
