Although vital parts of male anatomy are missing, this is one of the most convincing ftm transitions I have seen. When they say they're stealth though, you have to question the delusion. In a locker room? Absolutely not. Missing information - how tall is she exactly?

I have many things to say about this as a medic. The "gore" that's associated with the SRS and mastectomies is rather usual. You can see similar pictures from various surgeries, and hospital staff in surgery wards deals with far worse each day, every day.
My issue is that we are "treating" an obvious psychiatric issue with mutilation of healthy organs.
The results are often rather barbaric, as it's seen in the pictures.
Don't bother asking why am I not doing anything, first it's not my specialty, second I would lose my job, and I live in a conservative country, not a progressive one, but this is still taboo.

the thing is, it really doesn’t matter what the pictures look like, as soon as you set your eyes on a troon irl you can tell, it’s absolutely the same for ftm. I live somewhere there are plenty of them, and even if the ftm has a fully grown caveman beard, no titties, face covered by acne scars, 5’7-5’8, their posture alone is enough to clock in person immediately

I’d imagine some of them would have rather passing online dating profiles, but there’s really no way you can’t tell the moment they are in front of you in person. Their voice will never pass either. I’m not going to pretend like there isn’t a tranny here or there who passes to some degree. Or at least is good enough at using clothes to hide their shape.

But even with the beards, there are so many tells with FTMs.

The hips, the ass, the thigh. The manlet size, small head and hands.

You got the voice which either sounds like a 14 year old or got that helium troon sound.

You got the scars, the pube beards, feminine features, the absurdly sized bulge, the Adam’s apple. And of course all the stuff you can’t easily hide under a sweater: Posture, language, socialization, exaggerated male LARPing.

I have a feeling that anyone who says that FTMs pass easily, only ever saw a headshot of one with a decent beard. IRL, there are plenty of tells.

I wonder if there is prior data in terms of seeing what happens to medically transitioning women and the effects this has on their children. Long term etc. We've already, and unfortunately, seen ftms on hormones give birth but nothing too long term yet.
Maybe there's some old case of a ftm from a few decades ago? The first attempted womb transplant happened about a hundered years ago iirc. (It was a hsts looking belgian dude who died i believe)
