Rainbows I know, but hypothetically if the girls ever commissioned Sana for background art or anything in the future, or even bigger rainbow, if hololive had her design a character; Do you think they would they credit her as Sana, or as her normal artist persona? I'd have to imagine her personal persona, because she wouldn't have access to the Sana accounts for twitter interaction (ala Pako) and promotion.

Edit: Oh, and I forgot to mention when talking about IRyS and Mumei and someone else's post reminded me; I also like the internal contrast that they both have. Seiso/yabai IRyS and adorable/nightmare Mumei.

There is very little I know related to Shylilly but from what I have seen she panders really hard to the coomer crowd. I do love her voice, and i think her model is really cute but the coomer aspect filters me hard. But she gets about 4k CCV on Twitch and a shitload of tips so I can't say I blame her for it. Seems that every Vtuber on Twitch is just going for the coomerbait. Vtubing at the top is the new Hot-Tub meta.

Snuffy redid herself now so she's like a Racoon Spirit/Reaper/Druid/ I don't know.She totally rebranded again a few months back. This is just a variant of that design. Design is sick though.

Reasoning for Noel:
She’s cute. I love seeing this muscle brained knight do goofy shit like vid related, be addicted to Dragon Quests slot machines, and rage at shit like Malekith in Elden Ring. Shes fun to watch and she’ll never cease to put a smile on my face.

Sana was my oshi before she graduated. Her streams were comfy, she was a Nintendo autist, and I really liked watching her when she was around. Know I didn’t list her above with the others but I’ve posted about her in the thread before so figured it was worth a quick mention.

Reasoning for Ame:
Shes a gremlin. Shes a shitposting gremlin and I love her. Shes been my favorite Myth member ever since debut and she still remains my favorite to this day. Shes the pillar of HoloEN essentially doing what she can to help the others and then some.

Reasoning for Selen:
Shes a gremlin like Ame. She’s fun to watch and whilst I don’t really care for APEX, somehow she makes the game fun to watch. She may be eternally stuck in the APEX basement but hey at least shes good at the game even if its like a drug to her (like Wine and Minecraft are to Nina). Besides shes a complete nerd for Madoka Magica (she owns like fucking 50 items of Madoka merch) and honestly at this point I’m just shocked she hasn’t done a watchalong for the series (or the recap films) as a members stream.

Reasoning for Honma Himawari:
A thicc, airheaded kansai ben whos really cute. I don’t even need to say much more. Just watch this.

I like her, because she's a ray of positivity through all the rrats, drama and graduations that happen(ed) in Hololive. She's great at interacting with her chat and is (atleast to my knowledge) the JP member who makes the most effort to regularly engage with overseas viewers, even if she's still learning english.
She also elevates every collab and has instant chemistry with everyone she does collab with. Her often playing the straight man just harmonizes so well with the more unhinged members, especially during SMOK collabs imo.
Another thing that makes her really endearing to me is that, while she's not really good at games, she always seems to try her best and makes you want to cheer for her.

I know that wasn't really the question, but one of the things i find unfortunate with her is that her model / facial expressions don't really move sometimes. She's said herself that it's because she sits kinda far away from the mic and screen because her voice is just so loud, but it's one of those things you can't shake off once you notice it.

Also i wish she'd use her normal deep voice to sing more, i think there's enough singers in- and outside of hololive with that standard high-pitched anime voice that she could really stand out if she used her full power more.
Just listen to this, you can really hear the contrast between the two voices in the beginning.

Not to mention her anime-protagonist redemption arc and how she got into hololive, but there's plenty about those stories if you want to look it up.

So I've recently been introduced to this ShyLily by some friends

Seems like a "What If..?" or a what-could-have-been version of Senzawa + boing-boings if she didn't reincarnate as a shork. What are the thread's thoughts about her though and is she worth to watch?

She seems like someone to catch clips of rather than to watch streams. Nice voice, fantastic model, good at the pink-brain humor, and honest about what she's doing.

I like watching extrovert streamers who can easily chat with anyone and who bring life to collabs. My favorite streams are chatting and karaoke streams cus be honest.. most vtubers can't game for shit. Clippers exist to cut out all the awful gameplay.

My oshi in HoloEN is Irys, Council collabs were boring before they unofficially added her. She works well with everyone, facilitates funny moments and her JP skills make JP collabs a breeze. She'd be perfect if she wasn't so pon but I guess..

HoloJP is easily Marine for similar reasons, she can sing and draw and chat with anyone. She is a natural conversationalist who can make even the most introverted wierdos relax and temporarily come out of their shells. I admire that skill in people. Subaru is a close second.

For the indies and small corpos.. Tenma cus angry Japanese woman is funny.

Platonically I can't pick just one so ill list some reasons for 5 or so

Gura: im a senzawa fan i found her channel a while back and always looked forward to the next shitpost and as Gura shes just a great entertainer and singer

Calli, Irys and Kiara: these three are together because the reasons i like them are similar all are such great singers/rapper All are dorks and i love Callis/Kiaras redemption arcs both as their past lives and as vtubers

Kronii: i didn't know Dottovuu but Kroniis design I just love. blue is my favorite color and she has a great voice I love the gap moe of a narcissistic character played by a person who clearly has little to no self esteem. Shes very humble and those moments where she breaks character are just so wholesome. Not to mention her dark humor and memelord nature. Plus she plays off gloriously with Gura and one of my next subjects

Mumei and korone : first impressions they were too damn adorable i love dogs and Korone is the embodiment of a what i imagine a human dog would be like. As for Mumei in her debut she came off super shy and cute. The reason I put these two together is because despite their cuteness each of them have a very great gap moe of a sadistic savage side that I love seeing come out. Also special mention to Okakoro pure diabetes whenever i see a clip of them also Mumei collabs with Gura/Kronii are gold

I followed several vtubers of them agencies/indies (screw that nene husband goyim), but I can handpick a few that I liked:

- Sukoya Kana, Nijisanji JP.
I liked her for her nurse design along with the fact that she is also on her way to be IRL nurse as well. She is also has a pretty distinct voice I liked, got a good chemistry with her fellow partner Shirayuki Tomoe of her unofficial sub-unit Crossick, and also being one of the few NijiJP that tried to reach towards the ex-NijiID folks while showcasing her decent english capability.
- Nara Haramaung, Nijisanji ID
Good voice, has one of the best Baka Mitai cover I have heard, and having that big sis vibe. I also liked her partly due to her hardship that she had to endure, like how she had her debut pushed back and that she's currently having leg injury.
- Nina Kosaka, Nijisanji EN
I keep saying good voice, and yes it's my weakness. I like her mom vibe despite the incessant usage of "Honeys", but the big reason I like her is when she showcased her fluency in Russian. Too bad she rarely does russian streams anymore.
- Towa_akqj10, Indie JP Vtuber.
I liked her partly due to her rather... thirsty design and her way to advertise herself (QR code behind the NSFW doujin starring yourself? Bruh), but she also has a voice I liked and she's quite committed when playing gacha games like Arknights.
- Whiskey Project, Indie EN Vtuber
Tactical woman playing tarkov. I like those stuff, that's why she's a favourite.
- Pavolia Reine, Hololive ID
Nice singing voice, her voice fits to my taste. I might not get used to her choice of games, but I do like me hearing her talking while eating brunch.
- Shishiro Botan, Hololive JP
Being a FPS-focused vtuber that doesn't necessarily had to go into APEX, I like her rather unfazed attitude and also her FPS skills. Her voice is a bonus, to some extent. I still don't want to see her sad like that time with Coco's last collab.

Frankly I have more but I don't want to clutter nor making it any longer.

Nah, that's going to open up a whole can of worms. Why would you even need an ID branch in the first place if that's the case?
