Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

Women have a clitoris so they get some smidgen of enjoyment from sex.
For the purposes of propagating the race. Apparently.

It obviously hasn’t troubled you much.

I jest.

But uh yeah. That’s why.
I always found it interesting how for men orgasming (i.e., the incentive to engage in sex at all) is directly tied to procreation, whereas such isn't the same for women. Which is why I feel like their orgasm serves as their incentive to continue engaging in procreation whatsoever (especially considering all the physical and societal downsides they bear); otherwise they wouldn't bother.

This is precisely why sex shouldn't end until the woman achieves hers, IMO. Or she taps you out because you're frustratingly ineffective.

That said, I bet cash money if God decided He'd do trans women a solid and grant them a new game+ play through, with the only caveat being that they have to experience pregnancy, all this gender swapping would stop quickly.

Edited: because I'm half a grammarfag

Looks more like "I Fucking Love Science Guys"; I can't find their credentials anywhere.
Even if they had credentials it only counts if they have a scientific mindset and follow the scientific method, which I highly doubt that they do since trannies love them.

Science isn't a set of credentials or a job title, it's a process to find answers and if you aren't following that process you aren't performing science nor are you a scientist.

Paper: ‘exogenous hormones fucks with epithelial tissues so much it causes metaplastic and differentiation changes.’
Cancer researchers: how worrying, this kind of implies a loss of control of cancer-reducing processes and could indicate this patient group will see increased rates of cancer
Troons: GO KING!
and once again the fun one-two punch of anti-logic that troons always do, where having an actual prostate is irrelevant to manhood, but having prostate cellular materials is a sign of it.

There's basically 2 camps on the female orgasm in terms of human evolution. 1) it serves as some sort of weak mate fitness selection with regard to mate choice in women, where partners who are able to get woman to orgasm having more children with them. or 2) Female orgasm is a by-product of the biology of the male orgasm, because the selection pressure is so strong (ie. there is a direct correlation between how strongly men are driven to orgasm, and the number of offspring they have), that women retain some residual structures because of how sex differentiation works in humans.

I read posting 101 but I’m retarded and on an iphone so lmk if I fucked my first post up.

I know troons grow pubes inside their stink ditches but this one has a full beard at the opening. And he thinks this looks good.

A couple of redditors commented on the hairway to hell but he thinks the hair will fall out as “internal conditions change” 🤢

More horrors
Ya did good. I wanna vomit, so ya did real good.

Twitter user Jessica Pin (@mediclit) became a clitoral anatomy evangelist after a labiaplasty left her with no feeling in her clit, because the doctor severed the main anterior clitoral nerves. Surgery on genitals that is not for the purpose of remediating a real physiological problem is just a bad fucking idea.

Edited to add: You have my sympathy, Hojicha. I wish we could go back to the days when there was less of a “beauty standard” for vulva because most people didn’t see images of ten thousand of the porn star variety while they were impressionable youngsters.
She got a labiaplasty at 18. She told her plastic surgeon dad she had pain when she was riding a bike and he was like okay time for surgery, let me find you a doctor.

I can’t believe the relationships some of the people in this thread have with their parents. Just what is to me an insane amount of openness and the parents are willing to pay for all these surgeries. What’s up with that?

"It's as healed as it can be, though it still feels like a wound" 🤡
I can't fathom having to live like this and on top of it, knowing that you did it to yourself. Oof. Life saving surgery, though, right?

What kind of dad is this, even? At the very least I would expect a different underwear suggestion, or a “I’m sure you look fine the way you are honey” response. Not a, “sure, you can take a visit to the ‘roastie snipper’. Need my card?”

Even if he does surgeries that is another level of disturbing.

I knew a girl who got implants as a gift from her parents when she graduated high school. Dad was also a plastic surgeon, dunno if he did the work or not though.

What kind of dad even thinks about the shape of his daughters labia?? The most fucking astounding shit is the dad is also a surgeon, won’t he at least know better than your average person the risks of it? :(

I think this belongs here too... Money hungry ghoul dismisses a detrans woman (she's just a teen though, barely turned 18 a few days ago...) who was put on blockers and hormones at 13 and then had her breasts amputated at 15.

"not silencing you, just know it's your truth only"
Because mutilating a child is okay when they say it's their truth... Fucking cultists.

As a regular of the Zach Antolek thread you might recall how excited Zach was when he learned that prostatic glandular metaplasia can develop in women on T.

These shit can turn cancerous: metaplasia means cells are being driven away from their usual programming. Just wait and see.

The troons in Trenchy's thread seem to love this podcast.

I thought the channel title graphic said ‘SCROGUYS’ and was confused as to why they left out the ‘TE’ in the middle. Have spent too long in this thread, it seems.

"I've only been able to have sex once in the two years since surgery and it was an immense struggle. I don't really know why ... I cannot skip a day without loosing depth that I have to fight to get back"

I feel like I'm going to have to come up with a set of Troon Iron Laws I can just paste over and over again because it's starting to feel like I'm repeating mantras.

It's far worse than this.
The (very few) people I know that perform these surgeries don't have any moral compass or are simply believers in "affirmative care" and what's in modern medicine books as if it's a religion. This whole approach is very new. 20 years ago, the psychiatric manuals and univ. course would have passed as hate speech everywhere on mainstream social media. These manuals are also quite different across the planet. As society changes, psychiatry removes behaviors from the paraphilias/pathological category, like it was done to homosexuality. These changes are NOT based on new science or research, but political activism.
The new kids that go through med school have no idea that just a few years ago things used to so, so different, and that normal/abnormal had different boundaries compared to today. They just accept the dogma as "established science", thinking that it's based on research and solid data. Instead it's based in NGOs with dark money lobbying society and various activist pressures.
So, if the dude comes to you after they passed their psychologic, psychiatric and endocrinological /etc. exams, and the recommendation is SRS, well, it's "recognized by medical literature" that it's a legitimate part of affirmative care and might decrease their dysphoria.
Also, money should never be underestimated. Medics are quite the greedy bunch.

Doctors seem to forget that insulin shock for mental illness was also once “recognized by medical literature” and lobotomy was practiced far more widely than the incredibly rare exception it is today.

Unfortunately, medical schools have also been infested with Marxism and critical theory, and it’s emphasis on “lived experience” and oppression Olympics.

Quite a few doctors coming out today have been brainwashed into thinking that they should sit and LISTEN to a tranny telling them what kind of treatment they need, rather than referring said tranny to a psychiatrist.

There are many things that we are unable to actually treat, at best we can alleviate the symptoms, and sometimes we're not even sure if the side effects won't be worse.
However, even with all this deep mistrust in modern medicine, often warranted, I'd like to seriouspost for a minute and assure people that some things, we can still do relatively well and you should still come to the hospital. We can put together broken bones rather well, and restore often complete functionality of the limb. We can prolong your life if you're diabetic or suffer from cardiovascular issues like the omnipresent hypertension, sometimes for decades. There is plenty of legitimacy in medicine, and the vast, vast majority of medics are pretty apolitical.
But there is also infestation, from 2 sides.
One is big pharma and various products, more famously the vaccines. For some reason (money, political warfare hypochondriac libs vs freedom inclined conservatives etc.), there's a blindness around the issue and refusal to address the low quality, ineffectiveness against new variants, misuse of data and more. Trust the science here is more like fear of the consequences of pursuing scientific truth, which could very well result in discrediting the vaccination campaigns and maybe vaccines in general.
And another is the sex/gender/paraphilias/psychiatry/reproductive biology/genetics issue, which is just as complex. Sexuality in human populations was always taboo and hard to study. This is a very serious threat that can delegitimize medicine as a whole, unlike the vaccine stuff, because with vaccines there are doubts that cannot be truly cleared, and none of this is observable by the normies. But everyone can observe sex... or race... with extremely high chances of correctness. There are intersex people with an atypical appearance that are not at fault for being born that way, but they are suffering from a disorder, so it's as "normal" as getting any other congenital disease. Sorry, but that's the plain truth.
The gender related attempts to fight reality are already resulting in lack of trust in medicine in general, medics should not be responsible to lie to you so you can feel better, we're quite often telling people that they'll die in X months if they continue eating like that, or that they'll starve to death, we don't lie about terminal neoplasms either. But most medics in the West will lie to you about gender. It should stop, but how, I don't know.
I feel that medicine is powerless here, and it will just shape itself cowardly after society's will. So if at a societal level we manage to put back specific behaviors into the paraphilia/disorder group, it would eventually result in medicalization and isolation from society for severe cases.
In my humble opinion, this is the only humane solution, yet it would obviously sound "eliminationist" to the Ts and their allies. Healthcare, yes. Psychiatric, not surgical, and not affirmative, but instead affirmative of reality.
