If anyone is serious, I guess in theory you could call the police, explain that someone transgender who goes by "Valerie" (who is on aforementioned medications + owns a shotgun) and was an inpatient at the institute of living for that specific time is threatening to off himself and potentially others outside of a hospital local to him, over the internet, with photos of the gun in his car. They'd have to do the digging themselves, ring up the hospital to connect dots, etc..
