We see in kiwi farms so many fucked up people who became fucked up because of their cluster B parents, mostly mom. How many trannies are rich powerful stable enough for the state to let them adopt a children? Honestly I see the zhewish logic behind sterilization for retards, if you are retarded enough to actually think you are a tranny you don’t deserve to breed in this day and age. Also how many of these young ppl are on tictoc? I bet Chinese gov be pushing this shit HARD to unsuspecting western kids and young adults, lol, good job Chinese psychop department. You're not allowed to treat the "mental health issues".
Once the person that comes to you can be fit into the symptoms of "Gender Identity Disorder", there is but ONE path ahead for clinicians in the West, and that is Affirmation, you literally get fired if you even suggest that there might be something else at play.
What is the suicide rate for non-troons (normals) with body dysmorphia? At what age does it start to manifest?Same for breast implants in general, no? Those aren't covered for women absent a cancer experience*, afaik. Neither is T for men who just want to build muscle, right?
*maybe other conditions could qualify, idk, but never just bc a woman says she'd feel more womanly with bigger breasts
Apparently some insurance even covers facial feminization surgery.
Wow*
To be fair, even the above notes that it's usually a fight, but he (a FFS surgeon) is here to help.....

*how many women spend whole lifetimes somewhere on the scale of being bothered to being miserable as a result of their body or face not being close enough to a "womanly" ideal? Why are those situations considered medically unnecessary even if they cause a woman to develop depression, anxiety, eating disordered thinking, or other mental health issues, sometimes severe and life-limiting? I'm supportive of trans people, generally speaking, so I'm not completely anti-coverage for True & Honest trans people seeking transition surgery**, but the cost of procedures to tweak body and face outlines is cost-prohibitive or budget-inadvisable for most people, and so most people live with their (subjectively) unideal outlines, despite the mental health impact that may exist.
**Surgeons ought to have an outcome score based on functionality, complications, etc., scored against non-genital surgery outcomes, in order to be covered, though. This thread has made that much clear. Butchers doing top surgery is bad enough, but bottom surgery is at best experimental.
Yes, I'm MOTI, and MATI for glorifying and over-simplifying these procedures to the point of deception.***
***I have a young friend, maybe 23, 24 (whatever; I'm old enough to be his mother). He's gay and started on hormones a couple years ago (I have heard enough about his relationship dramas to believe that "being a girl" is at least in part an effort to find love, which he cannot as yet figure out how to separate from sex, so he's constantly "in love" with men who objectify and treat him like trash on the bottoms of their shoes, but I digress.). He developed breasts and small hips on the hormones and is thrilled. He's slender and not overly masculine to begin with, but he looks trans - Thai lady-boy style - and he's young and earnest enough to not mind if people refer to him as he or she at this point. I don't think he wants to cut off his dick at this point, either. So fine, do you and I hope you find happiness and learn how to avoid shit-heels. BUT - this kid - with gas-station-attendant-level insurance - has been told by his doctor that not only will insurance certainly approve surgery, but somehow he also thinks (citing his doctor) that he's going to be able to have a baby, that this is definitely (already) a thing, and it's no problem medically.
Now, yes, my young friend is young and silly and probably misunderstood what he was told. BUT. Doctors treating people seeking major, permanent, hormonal and surgical changes that could ruin and mutilate them for life should be able to figure out how to affirm the human being in front of them while bringing them well into the realm of reality. Hyping up an obviously idealistic, not overly discerning, very young person (who is in therapy, and his doctor knows this) by putting romantic ideas about potentially life- and limb-endangering medical procedures, and talking about bearing a damn child to a mixed-up young male is horrendous.
I accidentally opened the spoiler while in the store and wasn't even that worried if someone saw. That's how much this does not resemble human genitaliaIt looks like a tongue. Kinda muscular and thick. It looks like if he trained a little, it could form complex language and communicate with us.
I am sad.
oh so that's why they banned cute men in chinese mediaAlso how many of these young ppl are on tictoc? I bet Chinese gov be pushing this shit HARD to unsuspecting western kids and young adults, lol, good job Chinese psychop department.
Those arnica tablets are popular with the woo crowd. They're homeopathic so literal sugar pills (except once in a blue moon someone fucks up at the factory and you get a lethal dose of the actual poison.)For pain and swelling following transgender sugery, Dr. Heidi Wittenberg, Director of Mozaic Care San Francisco recommends 2 quack herbal treatments (over the counter arnica and bromelaine), and of course weed.

Oh, and they also offer nullification.

"bc reasons"Why did you put a fucking hole in your crotch if you didn't want to penetrate, you fucking autistic retard?

And damn I am a fool for replying to this because to insert the links I had to scroll by that sewn up turkey corpse 3 times fuck.
What is the plastic piece for? Is that a catheter to allow urination?
I just can't imagine seriously listening to a physician who would prescribe THC for pain outside of edge cases. I'd fight back against my doctor for telling me to have THC instead of Oxycontin when I have a gaping wound. They're already giving them fake genitals, why not add in some fake medicine?
Seems like a not-very-subtle way of telling the patients not to contact them and try to get any more opioids. The staff is busy trying to recruit the next round of victims and don't want to bother with too much follow up. Stop calling and go take some weed or something, you dickless loser.
Yeah. Probably also to prevent the wound from healing over the urethra, which is apparently a thing that can happen. What is the plastic piece for? Is that a catheter to allow urination?
Either way, is this not just a chronic UTI waiting to happen in what remains of the urethra?Yeah. Probably also to prevent the wound from healing over the urethra, which is apparently a thing that can happen.
Do you really think any of these freaks or their enablers care? This person just completely cut off and sewed up their junk, rationality went out the window awhile ago.Either way, is this not just a chronic UTI waiting to happen in what remains of the urethra?
i have been so close to calling this stupid clinic by my house about this...there isnt anything that says that they wont pay for "gender affirming care" for real women, so i am really curious as to what would happen if i went into the drs for a new set of titties or something..would they turn me away? what if i literally refused to call myself a transwoman, maybe they would play along? idk. i think it needs to be tested though. i guarantee you that if every woman in the US was able to get laser hair removal, a tummy tuck, or any number of cosmetic procedures done for free via medicaid (if they qualified of course), the system would change very quickly. i think its sad though, no one gives a shit about real women feeling good about themselves, only these retards.Same for breast implants in general, no? If not for the troon hivemind, a medical procedure like this would be considered malpractice, and the person who wanted it done would be checked in to a mental facility for self-harm like an apotemnophiliac.Do you really think any of these freaks or their enablers care? This person just completely cut off and sewed up their junk, rationality went out the window awhile ago.
not to overshare , but i have a child with serious health issues, and we had tried to get the growth attenuation hormones to try and keep him from getting too tall/big, so we could always care for him at home safely (before we found out he had way more going on than we knew at the time), and what pisses me off is that his doctors acted like i was some sort of monster for wanting to do this, and we had to go before some ethics board, and in the end of course, they denied it, they said it would be wrong, and a little over 3 years later, the same hospital has a gender affirming care clinic that hands this stuff out like candy! kids and adults with real medical issues are neglected, but these freaks are getting all sorts of bizarre medical procedures paid for by the state so they can feel like pretty princesses. one interesting note, however....they gave me a laundry list of side effects that ultimately wouldnt have made a huge difference in my child, but i cannot imagine EVER putting a normal healthy child through any of it, much less just for woke points.@Banquet Meal A cousin like mine had to fight like hell to get a partial hysterectomy ever since she was a teenager because she had endometriosis, and even though her physician recommended it for years, all of the hospitals in her insurance network were Catholic-run, and they frowned on that sort of thing even though it was doubtful she could have carried a fetus to term, anyway. When she got a different job and a different insurer, she finally got it done at 28.
So...let's refuse to cut out a malfunctioning organ that is causing chronic pain and often hemorrhages blood to the point of causing anemia, but if she were a troon, she could have gotten it yanked out for free in some states with no questions asked.
