Reminds me of Casey Anthony. Who definitely murdered her daughter, but "Oh, there's no physically tangible evidence! So not guilty!" It appears that way. I actually just read about this now, and I can't believe it. If the text of the law is anything to be believed, and the motion is allowed, he very well might walk with probation.

Whether or not this will embolden him remains to be seen.

Continuances are far less disappointing knowing that they’re Chris keeping in jail stripes.

I actually kinda welcome probation saga, as it’ll be short lived and it’ll be interesting to see which thing he violates to get himself rearrested. Chris is going to have a thousand online probation officers watching his every move. It’s almost a forgone conclusion, he’s obviously learned nothing and his delusions have never been higher. It's not, from what we know. Chris got deferred and will go to pretrial. If he's lucky it'll (the pretrial) be the groundwork for his probation. If God exists it would be the prosecution fighting back to make sure he goes to prison because he can't keep getting away with this. Looks like that Jury was just as retarded and inbred as Chris. Or were the same people as Casey's. Hence the continuance (He's indicted, as it was previously stated earlier, but amended to deferred) and from the looks. They're pushing it out because the court has better things to do than deal with a retarded motherfucker with a god complex.
