Aug 9 2022 - Continuance on Grand Jury, defense filed motion for autism disorder deferred disposition

It's another fucking continuance.
As always, Chris is again delayed.

If Heilberg is actually able to secure deferred adjudication it's required he either plead guilty or no contest, if the judge even agrees to it in the first place.

He won't be able to go back to 14BC so even if Heilberg is a miracle worker I guess it's time for the homeless saga?

To be fair. There is a difference between knowing something has a negative reaction. Versus knowing it is wrong
Well he did know it was illegal. IIRC in 2016 he made a lot of hubbub about a mother and son being arrested for incest. So he can’t claim ignorance on that count.
So he knows its illegal, he knows it would garner a negative reaction, I’d say that’s as close as you can get Chris to seeing something as morally wrong.

As far as the law is concerned it would only care that you knew it to be illegal or generally wrong. If you think murder is okay but are aware that it’s illegal and generally frowned on, you’re not getting off any lighter.

The group home saga? Hopefully he doesn't end up getting the other residents involved in his public shit.

Remember, this is the guy who had to speak to Null in code when he wanted to brag about porking his mommy, because he knew it was wrong and illegal. But yeah, he totally had no knowledge of right and wrong because of muh autism.

Reminds me of Casey Anthony. Who definitely murdered her daughter, but "Oh, there's no physically tangible evidence! So not guilty!" Even though she didn't report her daughter missing for months, lied to police, made up an alibi with her then bf, claiming the nanny did it who doesn't exist, wrote in her journal how it was the happiest time of her life, and went back out whoring herself at the clubs during this whole case. But you know, no physical proof so obviously she had nothing to do with it because she's she was a good mom! And good moms would never do such a thing!

LOL, calm down.
They probably just need more time to find out how retarded Chris is.
Doesn't mean he gets off, they need more information first.
They had a year, including an extended stay at the nut house. I understand that’s just how these things are, and how bogged down the system is, especially these days, but it is still frustrating to watch.

Chris being too "special" is not the win in this case that it was in the past.
The implication is that Chris did it. Being a mongoloid can keep him out of jail, but it is not getting him back to Casa de Chandler. Quite the opposite in fact. It will give 14BC the ban powers of Gamestop, that dumb mall, and the GAMe PLACe combined. Michael Snyder's jew-magic will pale in comparison.
Even Barb getting shipped off to the nursing home will not help as he will have no say in what happens to the house. Some other family member will get POA. I doubt that any of them are letting a rape artist shack up there. Heck, if Coley is actually divorced, he might be living there now as his earning power is less than CWC's. Wouldn't it be a hoot if Cole moved in and ended up in jail with Chris for also giving in to the Barb's seductive powers?

It appears that way. I actually just read about this now, and I can't believe it. If the text of the law is anything to be believed, and the motion is allowed, he very well might walk with probation.

Whether or not this will embolden him remains to be seen.
Continuances are far less disappointing knowing that they’re Chris keeping in jail stripes.

I actually kinda welcome probation saga, as it’ll be short lived and it’ll be interesting to see which thing he violates to get himself rearrested. Chris is going to have a thousand online probation officers watching his every move. It’s almost a forgone conclusion, he’s obviously learned nothing and his delusions have never been higher. Honestly, his defense is doing him a huge disservice if they get him released. He ain’t ready for freedom.

I'm not a lawyer and I understand very little about court proceedings but how do you get a continuance at a grand jury trial?

Is the states evidence so weak they can't file charges against a retard?
This retardness makes me want to shoot myself

It's not, from what we know. Chris got deferred and will go to pretrial. If he's lucky it'll (the pretrial) be the groundwork for his probation. If God exists it would be the prosecution fighting back to make sure he goes to prison because he can't keep getting away with this. Looks like that Jury was just as retarded and inbred as Chris. Or were the same people as Casey's. Hence the continuance (He's indicted, as it was previously stated earlier, but amended to deferred) and from the looks. They're pushing it out because the court has better things to do than deal with a retarded motherfucker with a god complex.
