I'll go against the grain and say that I'll grant Lucas the benefit of the doubt that it happened as he explained. I'm not exactly unwilling to believe the Canuck police are dipshit idiots who will put guns in your face for even the
implication that you did something bad. That said, why exactly it took days for Lucas to post about this, paired with a gofundme is more interesting to me.
It's so fucking clear he's using this as a grift and would rather drain money from his "community" than do anything of note. Do we need to be reminded how his audience is full of actual minors and people claiming disabilities that stop them from working? Even if he needed the money you'd expect a decent person to avoid taking money from such people at all costs.

On some level I should be fine with idiots being separated from their money, but at the same time this is so scummy it gets under my skin.
ALSO getting swatted or whatever you would want to call this is usually a one time thing, as once it happens the police know you are likely to be a victim again and won't be nearly as brazen. If it happened as Lucas stated it did, he will likely win tax payer money in a lawsuit for the deadnaming (because Canada is fucked that way) and never have to worry about being swatted like this at that location again. But no, have to move now because that dox that's been out for a month or two was finally used for something.
Anyways, congrats on getting swatted Lucas, it appears like it'll be ridiculously fruitful for your wallet.
