Xanek, one of the resident Holostars promoter in Reddit has announced his departure from the community, citing disagreement with the official Holostars account on how the boys are being promoted, which eventually leads to one of his post being deleted and his account apparently being shadowbanned. A specific comment within the thread wrote out the full timeline of the events that lead up to the current situation. There is also a separate comment chain in the general Vtuber subreddit discussing this "drama", with one particular post expressing that they don't really like him that much in the first place due to his past behavior of being aggressive in the subreddit and fan discord.

Today was a good day. The sooner he completely disappears, the better.

Dude has always been a bit retarded, I don't think we've lost anything of value. Biggest concern is that he's one of the admins of the Holostars fan discord, and if he has a meltdown things might get ugly.

Thinking that he is the community champion that will save all of Holostars brand and Yagoo should hire him even though a lot of what he's doing is just milestone post and ranting about no coverage in r/hololive.

Also just taking a look at his chat with the Hololive subreddit mod really shows he felt entitled.

"One year? But yea that kind of went down the drain". She just had her anniversary last month. That means she pretty much instantaneously wanted a redesign, damn. Feels kind of unheard of. Flare had to wait 2,5 years for hers and I feel like that one was a lot more warranted (even though Naname has become a much better rigger since). IRyS looks fine to me personally outside of the art not really fitting with the general Hololive aesthetic, but she's not really the only one. Roboco sticks out like a soar thumb even though I like her design.

Yeah, that’s my assessment from everything she’s said lately. That last clip was pretty definitive unless she is butchering the English language again, but I doubt it this time, since she says it need to happen for new outfits to happen.

It would be hilarious if everyone is so used to this model that we are completely underwhelmed by the new one.

- NGO's BGM works surprisingly well with her intro

- OD'd on Day 5 and immediately did a breakdown stream
- Had stress in the red later on and her first impulse was to use the pills, but she didn't escalate the type of pill and complained about only losing 4 stress

The rules are everyone must deafen themselves when the game started, but once you're defeated you can talk. Besides that, no rules are applied

Moona seems to be the most experienced, she has advanced to the second age while building her economy. She's close to Anya and Kaela's position
Reina has advanced to the second age as well, but her economy is struggling
Kaela is focusing on building her economy but hasn't advanced yet
Kobo fought with the control first, because of course she does
Surprisingly Anya's economy is lagging behind even Kobo or Reine (she did say she's still learning how to play the game)

Shiina's PL and her struggles are pretty well documented in the thread. IMHO she is a pretty good come back story so far, I hope she's able to turn this chance with PC into something solid.
