Yes, it’s weird. However, when being an FTM was limited to lezzies it was whatever. The percentage of women who are lesbians is small, and contrary to what middle aged GC people will tell you, not every lesbian troons out.

I know one of these. In his case it's a combo of severe unmedicated ADHD which makes him constantly seek out stimulation and complete and utter unwillingness to grow up and accept responsibility for being a degenerate porn addled peter pan fuck up. He was my husband's best friend for 20 years and we tried many times to help him straighten his life out, but inevitably shit gets too real and too grown up and so he has to do some drastic bullshit to run from his problems. We drew the line at trooning though. We're not even gonna pretend that shit is okay.

I'm guessing most of these dudes are similar - it's a combo of being some kind of broke brain, selfish, and over-porned mixed in with wanting to run from adult responsibilities while still getting positive attention. No one likes a fucking dead beat dad - but a brave and stunning transwoman can't be criticized.

Since we're talking about retroactively transing media, I thought I'd give a western example. Not exactly the same, since the character is actually a transsexual, but similar.

Forbidden Zone is a surreal comedic film by Oingo Boingo before they became Oingo Boingo. It's weird and whacky and one of the main plot-points is trying to rescue a tranny from the Forbidden Zone, an alternate dimension. Because the film was made in the 70s it doesn't skirt around the fact that "Rene" is a pervert who dresses like a woman, or as the protagonist puts it, "it's your brother, he only acts like a broad, he's a faggot."

I expect everyone here knows that porn rots the brain, but I don't think people really care enough, imo. You see all these people saying "yeah, porn is bad, but a free market is a free market" without addressing the issue at hand.
