His computer was shut down at 22:05 EST (10:05pm). Cops for sure got to his place late in the day. Unless he deleted his tweets, Keffals last tweet on the 5th was at 3:31am EST. Some kiwi posted the times he tweets and concluded that he wakes up at approximately 12pm. Considering the police warrant says that they came to his place at 4:15pm the earliest (and I think that it's later because there's a barely legible written timestamp next to the signature of 4:15pm), he would have at least four hours of the day to use his Twitter account if he woke up normally. Lucas is terminally online and addicted to Twitter. I find it hard to believe that he wasn't even making a Twitter reply at the time (is there a way to see when users like tweets?).
Secondly, Lucas says that the threat was sent at 6am. If they police got to his place at 4:15 the earliest (and it's likely that it's later), did the police just fuck around for about a day to respond to an active threat? That feels like it wouldn't happen.
Maybe I'm fucking retarded but I'm starting to think that he called a report on himself.

Did they return his hard drives as well? I vaguely remember someone saying they didnt but I don't recall seeing hard proof.

I’m pretty sure he briefly mentioned during his last stream that the police searched for 8 hours. Definitely sounding less and less like a swatting by the hour.

8 hour police visit for a swatting? That's sus. I don't know much abou swattings but I'm sure we can estimate how long the police stay at your house because I'm pretty sure some streamers stay live while they are swatter and of they don't, they usually update their fans when it's over via Twitter.

The only reason I can think why the cops would go through an eight hour search is maybe they suspect he called it in on himself.

You cannot tell me that the trans community isnt a protected class. How many streamers have been legitimately swatted and only got a broken door out of it
