I had one shortly after my surgery.I'm pretty sure this is a capsular contracture.
"Capsular Contracture is a tightening of the scar tissue that forms around the breast implant. The scar tissue is normal and is known as the 'capsule', and the tightening is referred as 'contracture'. This is also often known as 'hardening' of the breast due to breast implant surgery. Mild contractures can feel firm. More severe contractures can be painful and may distort the breast by pulling the breast implant up significantly."
The doc had me come in his office and sedated me so he could "crack" the capsule; i.e. knead and massage that bitch like a hard-boiled egg. It worked, but this young General got picked up by a friend and we stopped at some high-class mall between ritzy Cook County and my shithole residence. Let's just say, good times lol.
Oh and also, mine are original Dow off-the-market silicone and I have yet to replace them (~30 years). Sucks, but what's nice to know is that the surgeon who worked on me is now a Shriner pediatric plastic surgeon. My surgery was also reconstructive in nature; I was advised to the surgeon by the head of surgery at what was Cook County Children's Memorial. the facility where I got my birth defect a la our cosplay cow Lori repaired at age fucking 9 using BREAK ALL THE BONES method. Because my organs literally could not grow anymore).
