Half of my family (grandfather, father, 2 uncles, 1 aunt, 1 cousin) worked at his old job. Every one of them except my father either retired or still works there. My Grandfather worked there for over 50 years. Besides my GF and father, they are all dumb as shit. Some had office jobs, some had blue collar type jobs, none ever had any issue. They had/have insane pension plans.

Did Phil get fired from Sikorsky? He must have really pissed off someone important. I know people who were dope addicts and didn't get fired. My aunt missed over a year straight from personal issues and didn't get fired. My uncles are assholes and didn't get fired. They work around pretty much any issue if you're even a 1/4 decent person.

Massive speculation, but if Phil never got fired from the helicopter place and his Youtube channel never really blew up, he'd probably still be living in CT, where he had friends and where his family live. It's possible that might have prevented him from turning into the socially withdrawn hermit he is today. Things like friends and family bonds give you something to do besides day drinking and blowing money on lame mobile gacha games too.

If you do the math, he's going to need another $47,923 in net, not gross, income to make that this year, which means he's going to have to average $10,650 each month the rest of the way to the end of the year to be able to claim that so he's probably not going to end up there, WWE CHAMPIONS TIME has fallen on some strained times as the whale is lagging in it. Yes, but Phil's life also would have been very different with a "normal" job.

For one, he'd have far less time to burn on gacha games and especially booze at 2am. He couldn't be regularly finishing high up in these Champions events. He probably would have made less money, but he'd have more money now.

Notice how different Phil is now compared to 12 years ago. He's always had that snaky car salesman ugly fat loser vibe, but at least he was like an actual human loser back then. Now he's a remarkably weird alien only the true dregs of society can relate to.

Phil is the type of guy that always needs someone to keep him in check, and sadly it appears he's rarely if ever had that in life. A co-worker friend or a decent boss could have made all the difference. Maybe even some basic structure to keep him in line, not just the autistic schedule he adheres to now for no reason.

This Dave lore question comes up every six months or so, so a while back I decided to save the clip of the moment the meme started, so I can easily post it and DEBUNK all the wrong stories about it:

And that's all there is to it; some random donator called him Dave without any explanation, never to be seen again. The name stuck because of DSP's typical bad reaction to it. There's no proof of it having to do with his dad's name, if it was a mistake or intentional or anything like that, since there never was given any context. His chat then kept calling him Dave and Tevin ran with it because it annoyed DSP even more, and that's about it.

It's funny as fuck, though, and a prime example of how to properly troll DSP (too bad he had to attach money to it).

Money is not everything. His life would've been better being a nobody than it is now. His mind wouldn't have deteriorated to where it is because of his hermit life style, he wouldn't be afraid of random people because of the potential trolls, he wouldn't have been known as this huge laughing stock on the internet, and he would possibly have had at least somewhat of a social life, more so than he does now at least where he isn't constantly paranoid.

Making all that money doesn't make your life better when you waste it like Phil. If he was begging and actually able to do things and have experiences? Then sure but he hasn't. To say the latter years are questionable is overly optimistic. The latter years are, depending on your definition when they started, 6-8 years outside of his 14 year legacy. He's pissed away more than $2M since those helicopter days while being miserable with nothing to show for it.

Right, the wings trolls can't actually troll Philburt.
The only advantage they ever had was that Wings played online games, so they didn't ever actually have to do anything clever. They exploited the fact Wings cuts his teeth with multiplayer games. That's it, 100%.

In fact I'd argue they aren't even trolls really, because imo trolling is something you have the option of not responding to.
If you follow someone around to multiplayer shooters and stand in front of them so they can't play, or get people to team kill them, or shout "nigger" at them in voice chat to get them banned, even though pretty much all their legitimate audience came there to watch them play multiplayer shooters, that's not trolling, that's just harassing someone. On top of it Wings is southern white trash on fucking Twitch, among the most liberal-elitist platforms out there.

That won't work on Phil. He's more uptight about what he says and they can't directly interfere in his games, and he's not on Twitch anymore.
I'm not sure if they realize that if they kill their cow they aren't going to find another one because very few people are in as vulnerable a position as Wings is in terms of online presence, but they're too fucking stupid to think up any other way of getting a rise out of him other than essentially using twitter mob cancel tactics, so it's inevitable.

There's a good reason Null decided to single these people out and screw with them and their discord a while back. Even as absurd as DSP detractors can be, wings trolls are, on average, below even them.
