Actually, if you see her without her filters she does have some of those in varying degrees. Look at the pictures coming from Peetz's and Nader's phones, not anything coming off of her own streams. She's even said "don't puffy eyelid shame". When you see her natural eyelids, they are very puffy and overhanging. Her nose is more upturned than it appears in her pics because her pics are filtered and altered and she has filters on her streams. Her nasal bridge is depressed, it's one reason she has problems with all glasses, besides her fat face. Samsungs have a stupid amount of filters that you can use, even for video chats and I'm assuming that is what she is using for her livestreams as well. There are problems with her teeth that are well documented and those on one side are the size of baby teeth.
I also think we have spoken of her cognitive issues before and her lack of general awareness of life. I believe Shannon said she was in Special Ed, which would track with how she acts. It's not that she's short with deformed feet.
