2. In the trailer for his "What Is a Woman?" documentary, he uses various images of trans people that they willingly posted to social media. One of these is a trans teen who was born female, topless and showing off her mastectomy scars. According to TRAs, because Walsh thinks she's still a woman, it means that he used a topless picture of a teenage girl, which would make it child porn. Some people say the person was 15 while others say she was 19 in the photo, so it might not be "child porn" even by their definition.
3. He makes his kids hug family members even if they're uncomfortable with it.

In short, their logic is:

• Introducing your kids to an unfamiliar relative = Child abuse
• Telling kids to make and inject their own drugs in unsanitized conditions with no regard for side-effects or if they regret it later = Not child abuse

If the cops provide more proof that this 'attempt on my life' didn't happen - and it didn't, the police chief said as much - people have gone through worse. See Salman Rushdie. If Keffals is so concerned he can take that grifter money and move to Costa Rica or some shit, because he won't move to the states and its expensive healthcare. If he has a criminal record they'll stop him at the gates.

The cops had a warrant, they knocked on the door, and they just so happened to do it when Keffals wasn't streaming. Him streaming an actual SWATing would help his case.

I know shit about Canada's legal system. So maybe someone can tell me if it would make sense to sue the cops.

Could Lucas gain financial profit out of it? Like getting 1 zillion Canadan dollars for mental damages because he got misgendered or something like this? Or would it only lead to the police officers being sentenced to a fine/jail time?

Because without any chance of getting money out of it I don't see how pursuing legal actions would make sense. That chief cop stated they have audio and video footage from Lucas being questioned in the police station and that the cops didn't misgender him there. Let's assume the cops knocking at his door would have misgenderd Lucas: Wouldn't it be that the misgendering must have happened in bad faith? Because how shall the cops know by which name and gender Lucas goes, especially when he has an entry in their system but with his old name?

Him talking about legal action doesn't make sense to me the more I think about and the more details we learn about the whole incident.

It's already been answered but I'll add on: not all cops have bodycams, really only the ones in the big cities or well funded police departments do. Canadian cops are pretty much required to attend diversity training so them misgendering any troon can lead to them falling afoul of the Human Rights Commission. Jordan Peterson warned about this back in 2017 with Bill C-16. This means that misgendering a troon is a hate crime and can lead you in jail for up to two years.

If Lucas is in the system for another crime then things like getting another address or leaving the country would be difficult. I think only FOIA request can get you court documents, and those take years.
