One of the unused Nijisanji designs is a knight character called Wolfgang. As "unused" implies, the design was floated for auditions but they never actually ended up using it. I guess they just didn't find someone who fit the design or wanted to do it.

Nijisanji in the past has generally been a bit more willing than Hololive to do unusual designs, hence Debi and Shiba, but we haven't seen any liver stray that much from the norm for a while. So I don't think they'd do a full face mask that actually stays on. I think an issue with unusual designs is that you need a candidate who really wants to have such a design, otherwise you are hobbling them with a gimmick that they're not into.

This model isn't going to fit anyone who would join a vtuber corp. Crazy motherfuckers who want to join a group to commit murder are going to join a gang or insurgency in the Middle East, not Nijisanji.

Tsunderia, kawaii and idol had long finished auditions so it could be any of them, not just Hololive. There is also the next possible NijiEN wave, considering their track record so far on how they do their concepts.

There's a lot of smaller agencies to look out for, not just Hololive and Nijisanji. A lot of them had opened and closed auditions around the same time period after all.

Probably a retarded question, but are you referring to a mask that covers the whole face? If so, Hisui Kitakoji from NijiJP has an outfit that includes one. Honestly, probably my favorite alternate outfit in Vtubing. Like others said though, there isn't really a thing like a Vtuber being in a permanent mask.

As an aside since there was a discussion about Roboco's model - for many Holos outside gen 0 I think their Home3D is uncanny and prefer their Live2D instead, but I don't mind HoloX Home3D. Wonder why.
