He never aged (mentally) at all. It was partially acceptable a long time ago, when he was in his 20s and it didn't come off so awkward. There are fewer things more disgusting than seeing a 45 year old man behave like a spoiled child and never age once.
It's actually kind of incredible, in its own morbid way. You have to be a very special person to act like that in your 40s - talk about being a manchild.

I was watching his streams near the end there to see if he killed himself on stream 'cause I felt it was coming.
