Two Ame streams in one day, it is a good day. I find it hilarious how it's only taken two Rust streams for her to be better strapped than any of the other EN members I've seen, the detective is a troo gamer

The unspoken, unwritten default agreement is relevant at least for hololive. It doesn't matter if management bars them from penis-haver collabs or not, the way holomembers treat homos and other males is what made that delusion the default part of the agreement.

Where it doesn't make sense to apply is for other groups like nijisanji - but EOPs arriving to vtubing via the COVID-fuelled wave of interest generated by hololive are often clueless and retarded.

Kinda weird to have to explain to newer fans what Watson's appeal is since she basically overcame her disastrous debut by being the very antithesis of what a traditional Holo is. Plays like a gremlin and tard-wrangles and doesn't take shit from her chat, is the default tech support for her genmates, can't sing for shit but endeared herself to her audience by not giving a shit and going full-bore anyway, and is the main creative driving force behind the EN branch's 3D ventures.




I mean, look at this. 3D karaoke in a SmolAme bee figure? It's an out-of-left field idea that just sprung itself from how terrible she found the Bee Movie from her watch-along with chat and she was able to make an hour-long karaoke session entertaining as hell despite her not being able to sing for shit. Her Sunday Superchat readings became a big deal because she thought of a way to bypass YouTube's content IDs by opting to have members submit Youtube music links to her Bubb4bot channel on Twitch so she can chill and listen to their submitted music.

Not to mention that a lot of her early Minecraft streams during the early days of the EN server were highly entertaining due to her efforts to develop the server, on top of her hijinx with Gura and her streams often doubled as zatsudans where she'd recount stories from her childhood/teen years and how she'd constantly get injured:

She regularly streams with superchats turned off because she feels like she already gets enough from fans and and up to this point, she's the only Holo to have done a solo charity stream that blew past her funding targets and kept her chat/viewers looped in on the animal charity she was donating it to.


So what is Ame? She's fun. The bitch is just fun. And really just very easy to root for.

ok so we agree it's a delusion then, which takes us back to my original point which is that if the talent doesn't leave room for that delusion as Bae and Calli and Ollie did, than you end up with fewer delusional fans. We've now successfully talked in a circle.

And I agreed with that from then beginning. It's just that unicorns have at least some justification for their autistic spergouts if those boundaries are never set or the talent in question avoids answering the question in a clear enough way (or is abrasive about it).

My personal rrat is that Ame has a mild touch of actual tism and that is why she gets kinda quiet and shuffles off to herself in group interactions, why she has such high energy and goofy thought patterns etc. To me that just makes her more endearing because collabs get crowded and take attention, I enjoy Ame as a solo streamer more than any other because she can entertain by herself more than the others imo.
Her appeal is very multifaceted. As mentioned by others she had one of the rougher debuts in EN but has come to solidify herself as legend status. Even if you don't like her streams I think it's appropriate for any EN fan to throw her some appreciation for all she does behind the scenes - a lot of the camera work in the VR collabs, a lot of the design work and Collab organization, branching out to other talents to help with projects, and just general management busy work gets done by Ame. She's a true workhorse and is committed to what she does, which imo shows that she cares for the others and is also professional and has a vision of what she wants to learn and do. I respect that.

As I've touched on many times before I also love her cursed singing more than most other talents just because she genuinely has fun with it and it shows. You can tell she's the type of person who sings to themselves in the shower and whistles going down the street, and as much as those people befuddle me, I'm glad they're a thing.

Mostly Ame is my oshi of EN because she's just fucking chill. There's no pretense of "uWu muh waifu" she's just a chill gamer who does funny shit.

Good number of them.

She tried to hide the skull dent with her headset and hair fairly early on, IIRC. I don't think we ever saw (clearly) her foot/ankle at any point. We probably won't ever recover any more of her sachi stream footage.. so. 🚑

TL;DR: everything except tongue and lower limbs.

I think there's something of a language disconnect here because "irrational but the reasoning is sound" is a contradictory thing to say. And when you said before they were justified it would mean it's good or legitimate, which goes against the acceptance that it's a delusion on their part.

Key point here being that explanation and justification are two separate things.
