Thing is some of those legacy skills are kinda eh when you realized a lot of the major fgc scenes did some pot splitting, and protected a few like Justin. Justin Wong is still trying to look like he's a 21 year-old "pro" despite being a 40-something grease ball (his youtube views are kind of sad as a "legend"). The only ones I know who moved on are Sanford (got married, does other things), Viscant, and Mike Ross despite Mike tried to go back to Duty Fighter V when Honda came out. (Markman left after MadCatz fell through, didn't he?) Marn left because he probably knew if the fgc was going woke, he's gonna get fucked like Filipino Champ, who is always been a piece of shit. Who really moved on from shitty button mashers?

My mind slips back to a particular tweet I saw once of a translator stating they were intentionally[and in some cases, maliciously] changing subtitles to be more woke just to own le heckin bigots. While I'm still of the belief that this is mostly just a PR stunt, I can't help but wonder if maybe that's what happened this time around.

Kinda explains why Toei is going all out on making their current sentai show the most bizarre, Japanese af show thanks to Hasbro (Good luck figuring out Don Bros). This is what happens when you don't giver a shit about your products overseas (Let's be honest: Japan never cared about the international stuff until the sjws and trannies are invading them). A mobile game called Valkyrie Connect had a terrible translation on release because the translator sjw A-Team hired would spam memes and "diverse accents" everywhere in the game while he took a shit on the original story (He went under Darrick). He embarrassed himself on Reddit when he said a very mild scene triggered him, banning anyone who called him out. Japanese companies really need to start filtering out the woke tards from people who actually want to bring their products oversees not giving a fuck what trannies on Twitter and Tik-Tok think. Like I said, woke people, blm-antifa fags, and trannies don't buy things like overpriced made-in-China plastic soldiers, $2000+ on weekly gacha pulls, or $70k Ford trucks.

To be fair on the shit post, Capcom and Square Enix did push some woke agenda in Japan thanks to Ono, and Capcom still plans on getting woke agendas out there. Ono was the bonehead who thought it would be a great idea to pander to sjws with Duty FIghter V, and Squeenix has woke moments (at least in the mobile Dragon Quest games that are out in the West. DQ Tacts has pronoun bullshit and the character accents are way too goofy for their own good). Bamco is getting there if it hasn't already. Have a reminder the RE3 remake was censored for the woke crowd, and they actually turned Jill into an unlikable feminist bitch.

That said, smaller companies and the Japanese are calling he woke shit out, as we're seeing them take a shit on Strive and Duty Fighter V.

That post has a bit of truth in it, later part is being hyperpolic. If you think I'm too paranoid, that's fine, it's just from my observation with changes and choices. Because most/all of these are subtle things not really affecting main gameplay in anyway, I didn't really notice it until browsing twitter.

Instead of using "Male and female", you have Body type 1 and 2 instead.
1) Capcom

Only starting from Rise, you can have either male or female voice on whatever gender for your characters. You can argue this was for character creation silliness. But in World, 20 male voices for male only vice versa with female option. While Rise only has 20 voices (10 male ones, 10 female ones) for both genders.

Adding black people hair (Oct 2021) as free dlc for everyone, just because someone on twitter asked (March 2021) for it.

A dark skin girl with Japanese name, Monju, is voiced by Debra Wilson, full on female version of Mr.T. Mind you, Monju is supposed being a niece of elder village, Fugen, and she sounds like some black auntie in her 40-50s. The whole village, Kamura, is obviously Japanese inspired.

Pokemon game stopped "Are you a boy or girl?" at X &Y (2013) and starting with pick your photo/appearance at Sun & Moon (2016).

With recent Scarlet & Violet, there is less distinct design between two genders. You can argue GameFreak being lazy more than pandering.
But typical Japanese games, they love to make distinction between male and female character design, not samey. Same thing Chinese and S.Korean games.

There was also the leaked internal memo at Capcom, stating that their games should follow The Last of Us 2 (they cited that as a positive example), in terms of woke pandering.
