My best guess? It's a sci-fi novel of some kind. He had loads of resources on languages too. If we look through those, I'm willing to bet he took all sorts of symbols from everywhere and peiced them together to make his language.

I'm seeing the curves the orient prefers right next to the hard angles of nordic runes with what I think are alchemical symbols thrown in for good measure.

His last residence I could find was 1167 County Road 164, Dumas, MS 38625. No luck on pictures.

The names aren't any better.

It seems he wanted to make unique names, not ones that make sense, are easy for the audience to memorize, or are easy to use.
