I'm really very hesitant here to make any calls about who abused who in this situation.
If someone's using the law to try to extort people then they should definitely go blow their brains out, but in terms of what actually went on between these two I don't believe for a second that there was an innocent party.

Agreed. I said from the beginning I think they’re both scumbags, but to be honest none of the ‘evidence’ we’ve seen makes Lucas look bad. It actually works in his favour.

I hate Lucas and believe he’s become a predator, but I was more generous to hear his ex’s side due to being biased against Keffals. But in my opinion, he has only made himself look really dodgy to fencesitters. All of Lucas’s responses are in line with how I’d expect someone to react to an ex they went to the cops with a decade ago, there’s no proof that he lied other than the word of an ex who is still trying to suck up to him.

Can we genuinely say Lucas “cried rape?” If this was the evidence presented to defend a card-carrying lolcow, we’d roll our eyes and laugh at how bad the straw clutching is or at the very least, raise our eyebrows a bit at the accused still trying to get a foot in the door a decade later.

I’m of course willing to throw up my hands and say I’m wrong, but the evidence needs to be stronger than “trust me, mate. I can’t show you the evidence I’m not a rapist or rock spider, it makes me look bad.”

I didn't like (well, I didn't aprove of, I don't know) seeing several users trying to be sweet and understanding with this guy. I saw such comments here and on his profile like "I'm sorry you were treated like that (after the incident with the newfags), not everyone in KF behaves that way, I believe in you, I'll respect your pronouns, etc." And even a couple of messages like "I hope you overcome this situation" and similar. I'm sure these users were being genuinely nice and have good intentions, and kind words aren't bad per se.
But I think all these things and the sudden rush of attention directed to this Avocado guy probably stroked his ego. Now he's playing hard to get. Instead of ignoring him or giving him space and waiting until he decided what to reveal, people gave him both bad and good attention.

That's my impression anyway. I really don't know what kind of person he is, and there's always more than what people tell you. I'll be surprised if I'm right and pleased if I'm wrong.

Exactly. I hate keffals, I think she's predatory, dangerous and does more damage to society's views of trans people than she helps. However you may feel about trans people, she just makes the whole situation worse for both them and teenagers who aren't sure and get sucked into it. The ex's accusation, if true, probably won't stop that, but would actually lend significant credence to that opinion of her and potentially get other people she's fucked over to come forward.

But without any corroborating evidence, all it comes across as is gay ops LARPing and actually helps her. She isn't addressing it because she knows if she acknowledges it at all, it will make her look even worse if the evidence is revealed and it contradicts her trying to come out ahead of it. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's the first time I've seen keffals practice good opsec.
