So what the rule here Dave; are content creators allowed to decide how others can use their kantent, or should anyone be able to do what they want with it if it falls under fair use?

Or is it the secret third option, when people do it to you they are mentally ill trolls perpetrating real actionable crimes, but when you do it its fair use smart business man mature reactions?

I personally love how he always sets up those ad hoc rules and systems of morality for why his version of something he shits on is somehow better and more meaningful. Then he breaks those rules at record speed. He said that his reackts had superior morality (and legality because he doesn't understand copyright law) because he asks permission from the video creator and any parties involved in the video... then he broke the rule with the John and Howard reackt... then he said his reackts had superior meaning and quality because he has a unique perspective on the topic at hand, or in plain English he can deboonk a video if it's about him or he can make everything about himself in the case of the Wings DtRH reackt... then he broke that rule when he did those Rob Gavagan reackts that he called "no-perspective-style" reackts.

My favorite though has to be the Feeding with the Pig "rules." He said that they can't be DSP D'VOURs It because they're not from chain fast food places so unless you're from the Seattle area you can't easily have access to the restaurants he orders from, which is also why he won't be doing DSP D'VOURs It anymore... then the SECOND Feeding with the Pig he ate fast food from a chain restaurant... but he called Sonic's menu a "cuisine" because they're suddenly an ethic group or geographical area now so it's fine. Not to mention he brought back DSP D'VOURs It in his latest begathon.

I don't understand "Feasting with the Pig". Why is it called that? The idea isn't for his fans to join, they don't order some fried chicken and eat it while their gout lord fails at devouring his. He's trying something and people just watch, so it's "DSP Tries It", but he refuses to call it that for absolutely no fucking reason.

What's funny isn't even what EvilAJ did, it's how incredibly disruptive such a tiny thing is to Phil, because he's too stupid and lazy to be prepared, despite having plenty of reason to expect life to fuck with him.

For someone who has spent over a decade painting themselves as a perpetual victim, Phil sure isn't very fearful about further victimization.

It shouldn't be at all surprising. He sees TIHYDP as already having "stolen" his work so he'd justify not asking as it's his "work". What exactly is there for phil to even "criticize" about this video? Its a bunch of clips of phil fumbling around and being retarded while playing metal gear solid. What's he going to say, "well actually I didn't have any issues trying to use rations, aj made that up". Was phil planning on critiquing aj's video editing skills? I just don't understand why aj should be scared of phil criticizing this video.

If EvilAJ's Twitter and YT channel suddenly come under fire, you can put me firmly in the "Phil did it" camp. Even if he didn't order it outright, he's complicit, because for all his bluster about it being wrong, and not what he wants, he loses sleep over many things, but not that one. It isn't "stupidity" per se, it's that he's far too lazy to put in the effort. He let's everyone else do the legwork for him, he just does it the laziest way possible. He just wants to turn the YT app on and watch the video without having to go to his computer.

Yeah I get that, why aj actually privated the videos but in phil's tweet he said that aj couldn't handle phil reacting and criticizing the video and I just can't think of how phil couldn't even try to argue that that's why aj is doing this.

No its not to hide the videos from being copyright struck or not to troll phil by not letting him watch them on his stream, but he's actually scared of what phil will say about the videos. Thats what phil is trying to argue and it makes no sense. Its just clips from dsp's own videos, what is there for him to even criticize that would supposedly upset aj?
