In today's video, he explicitly stated he's using GFM money for a things other than the stated purpose (buying a mobile streamer setup instead of moving to a new house). Then he stated the rest of the funds are going to something completely different, a "war chest" to fight against KF.

How is it acceptable for him to keep switching it around like that? Isn't that fraud on the original donators, if the money is going for something other than what was in the description when they donated 2 weeks ago? You shouldn't be able to pull a bait and switch just by doing a campaign update.

I wonder if that's the reason he keeps nudging the goal up, so that he can claim nobody's card got charged until after he was done changing the purpose multiple times. He would then claim they had to be aware of the final stated purpose because the campaign was ongoing, and weren't scammed by a switch after the fact.

He is blatantly using those funds for purposes other than those he initially promised, but it doesn't matter that much since nobody who donated to him will get mad about it. Paying for lawyers, fighting Kiwi Farms, buying Nitro for his Discord kittens, it doesn't matter because they're "supporting trans women". And as for why he keeps nudging the goal, I think it's meant to encourage people to donate by making them think that he's so close and that their donation is important since it'll bring him closer to the goal.
