Does this sound like a comedian utilizing satire? It doesn’t to me. To me It sounds like a pissed off radfem who’s upset she was suspended from TikTok for minimizing men’s issues. She’s constantly spouting oppression olympics rhetoric like this all the time and it’s not funny. She’s unironically worse than Anita Sarkeesian ever was yet these beta-bitch conservative men in her sphere let her get away with it under the guise of humor. Too often, humor is used as the camouflage of moral cowardice. Wake up, she’s not being satirical. If you think she is being satirical the next time she starts shitting on men push back on her. Unfortunately for her I looked into her disingenuous claim. It turns out according to the American psychiatric association (APA), Women are 1.5-3 more likely to suffer from depression. However, this gender-based difference only becomes significant around the age of ten, and persists until middle age, at which point the rates of depression among women and men once again become similar.
So it appears the rates of depression become similar between men and women during middle age.
But wait, there’s more. A leading hypothesis on the difference in gendered-related depression rates suggests that a great many cases of depression among men go undiagnosed, and that the actual rate of men battling this condition is actually much higher.
The whole point of her malevolent-misandrist-attack is to mentally harm men by reenforcing them to keep doing this to themselves:
