1. Phil is a petty piece of shit and now I want someone to lob a brick through his window while he's streaming and actually dent his head.
2. A tweet isn't a legally binding contract. Even if if were, consent can be rescinded. Even then, permission wasn't given. AJ just said he didn't care to strike. Now I hope he does.
3. The court case Phil is referencing is in regards to Sargon, and it called reaction content transformative and free use under very specific circumstances, which is what Phil is not following; basicallly, it protected the editing of content for review and content, not livestream reactions.
Small edit: "you can't rescind permission" is something that a rapist would say as a defense. Someone spin it to imply that Phil is a rape apologist.
