Now there's not a sentence I thought I'd read. I watched about the first half hour of it before I cringed out. Didn't think to worry about it since I didn't think Tony would delete the VOD, but he did for some reason. I searched on YouTube and found this asshole reviewing the stream and there's some clips there. The performer that they have does a decent job nailing the voice, I think, but it looks like in the end he just basically played as an emcee to his human collaborators - I guess they hadn't figured out a way to have Tony actually play any games yet.

I don't know why anyone would get offended. Cover is a black company that has no love for the Holos or fans. Kson and Ame have said as much after they joined vshoujo. They still haven't fixed Gura ffs.

I am also looking for an archive right now, no luck so far. But according to twitter it was the expected disaster (2nd tweet). At one point they put chat to emotes only mode

Dissing hololive is one thing. Dissing nijisanji for something they are clearly not and putting them in the same basket as hololive is another.

As someone who organized all the rumors and hearsay concerning HoloCN into a notepad doc to keep track of what happened where and when, this is my first time ever hearing about this. Mostly because I recall her streaming Overwatch on Twitch to a primarily American audience. And the thread exaggerating her actions to a comical degree.

At the risk of sparking another chain of comments like the other day, please for the love of god actually read what you yourself posted, it specifies right up front that it's not about putting anything down. It's about just being different approaches. No one is being "dissed" the use of Idol isn't even from Silver, those would be in quotes, it's from the article writer.

It also costs enough that Everyone involved is worried about being able to make the money back, so that's absolutely a factor as well.
