There is an update on Trishas prognosis.With the GD and light feeling in her feet is alarming. I would not rule out preeclampsia either. Now will with all the contraindications, she may undergo a C Section. Sometimes GD results big babies that can’t be delivered vaginally.

She mentioned baby girl is measuring 6lbs. Doctors and midwives get it wrong all the time , as it is hard to tell how much a baby weighs on something that transmits sound.

And we've made it to the final stretch of this wild ride of a pregnancy arc, Trisha astonishingly made it to the 36 weeks mark beating all the odds to having an abortion and then a premature birth.

They both look absolutely awful. I understand that it can be hard to stay motivated and active if your pregnancy has you chained to your home/bed because of nausea/other unfortunate symptoms…it can be hard to eat the things that are most beneficial when you can’t stomach certain tastes or smells…But it is so clear neither of them are taking care of themselves. They’ve both aged a decade and packed on so much weight during this time. Trisha looks the same age as her mother in that last image of her seated on the bed…

It is truly sad. Such a selfish choice for them to bring life into this world. Trisha seems to be very excited to plaster her new baby all over the internet. I’m extremely curious to see how this plays out…and fearful for this poor child, mommy’s new bestie…it’s giving Tess vibes already.
