At this point yeah, he knows that the lawsuits will fail and he's looking for something else to keep the fire burning and grifting going, but he's running out of options he already got swated, got doxed twice (the second on purpose) so a third would begin to cast doubt on his credibility, he got already 5 minutes of fames from a victim interview and he's probably looking to get another one in the UK as a "refugee of hate crimes" to garner more attention from media and maybe score a gig as "trans issues activist".
And now he's just baiting for big time content creators to make videos about him and call it harassment to add to the victim portfolio and get off of his imagined self importance while fanning more to the dwindling flame that is his current spotlight on the media
