He's a coward. He wants other people to carry water for him, just like they pay for all his expenses. That is why I 100% know he won't sue the Farms. For one thing, he'd have to spend his precious grift money doing it. For another if he did that, he would actually have to put himself in jeopardy of real world consequences.
