Fuck. I wanted to give you a negative sticker, but seeing how much shit Ralph keeps getting away with in court with little to no consequences, you're probably fucking right, god damn it.
He isn't. It's just a meme. Ralph is routinely in criminal court and as a defendant as opposed to Vic who is was in civil court as the plaintiff (in a defamation suit). What Vic wants to do is a little more complicated than keeping the pig from going back to jail.

Seems like you're invested.
You have 8 pages worth of posts in this thread alone.
If you truly were apathetic, you wouldn't be posting at all.

I watch the show most of time. Sometimes show is good. Sometimes not. Sometimes thread more entertaining than show. Simple as.

The thread is 643 pages long dating back 3 years. That's something like 1.25% of posts. Is that supposed to be a lot?

He was in criminal court for releasing revenge porn of a teenager. He got probation and not put on the sex offender registry. Then he went to criminal court for seriously injuring an old man while driving distracted and possibly under the influence, and got a tiny fine. This is on top of all the fairly out-in-the-open drugs and hookers and other degeneracy.

The guy's been pretty Teflon since his release from jail. Or maybe he just turned state's witness. That would explain a lot, actually…

That wasn't the Virginia case. The injury case is in Maryland. The Virginia case was just for speeding so much it was an actual crime.

Ha, you're right. I mixed the two up. My point still stands, though; whatever poor lawyers has been tasked with keeping him out of prison since his release are doing a hell of a job.

Reactions: Roboute Guilliman
Which is saying something because knowing Nick he will have taught his kids to hurl appropriate abuse and bullh him when he is being silly
Surprised he hasn't taught his kids how to grift yet.

And the fag just admitted he marched with BLM. Fuck this fed into the wood chipper for him. As soon as we unclog it after using it on Ty.
The guy seemed a little off in general. Was it me or did he have a weird reaction when he was asked if he was a fed?

I'm more offended that his favorite gun is apparently a Keltec
Oh, now he gets fed into the wood-chipper BEFORE Ty.

JK.

What Vic wants to do is a little more complicated than keeping the pig from going back to jail.
Nevertheless, it's entirely possible Ralph's criminal defense attorney might have handled Vic's case better than a probate attorney for Nick's family. I'm not sure either one of them have experience in defamation cases.

I can say that with a straight face because Ty did such a epically dogshit job. It's hard to conceive of much worse.

if memory serves, the money raised was by Rekieta through gofundme from the paypigs. it was found money to Vic and Ty. the only losers here are the paypigs. the lesson to learn is never give money to e-celebs.

It went straight into an iota account. Ty can only get it if he does work, Nick never got it unused probably goes to Vic.

And Ty seems to be footing the bill for legal costs out of pocket now or at least I got that impression due to how guilty he feels over screwing what should have been a slam dunk case on a rookie mistake someone that does what he does should never do.

No idea if I'm late and gay, but as a podcast fag I was falling out of my chair laughing today when the host of Sword and Scale came on and announced that today's episode includes a collaboration with Nick Rekieta. Listening to it now.

Nice, they recorded this a month or two ago. About time it finally published.

This is my understanding as well from research on IOLTA's. However, Ty could charge whatever he wants to the IOLTA, in theory, but there would be a paper trail to audit. This (plus the interest paying for legal education in TX) is the whole point of the IOLTA.

If he's not working pro bono, he's a no-good, blood-sucking lawyer! Wait... If so, well, he's somehow worse!

Ripping off trust accounts is the number one death penalty offense for a lawyer. Your career is over if you get caught doing that. You can bungle your way through a million cases and never even get disciplined, but touch one dime of client funds illegally and you're gone.

Yes. Which is why the disingenuous mendacity of 'lawyers' on Twitter suggesting otherwise is utterly preposterous.
