This isn't really cryptic or illuminating, though: Furaffinity I guess, at some point, decided it would rather keep its hosting/existing payment processors, so they kicked all of the cub artists out. Those two users who are in Keffals' shouts appear there unprompted. They're reaching out to an account that at least now has no activity- it's possible that Keffals deleted everything they posted and favorited, but more likely, they didn't engage directly on FurAffinity -which leads me to assume they knew each other from outside the site. River and Anami are both following accounts from defunct cub artists. You can tell because they still have non-explicit cub art in their uploads and favorites. Also, one of them has a shout from infamous poop and rape fetishist EdisKrad.
