Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I’m half astounded, half amused by how fucking terrible the various surgeons works are here. Nipples at all angles, enormous hack scars where surely a smaller keyhole job would’ve worked, obvious eating disorders, blatant and fresh self-harm (and no, being tit-free won’t cure it), plenty of women with breast tissue still very obviously left over.

And all the smug selfies. Surprised there’s only one of them taken shirtless out in public. These Aydens evidently love the attention they get when people stare at the hideous scarring across their chests. Such a masculine experience!

All this is is medically-approved and undertaken self-harm. That’s why there’s no complaints about the awful stitching and incisions that are twice as long as they need to be - these women just want to show off the results of their self-harm, and the more vivid the scars are the better, in their eyes.

See you in five years when you’re all wailing about the medical industry failed and duped you, and you’re demanding everyone pay to give you implants and attention for being Top Victims again, ladies.

Suicide prevented, indeed.

Some of those bodies are so damn mangled they would fit right into a Silent Hill game. I can't fathom how someone with a nipple-less chest would in any way think that makes them a man. I don't even think yaoi can't be blamed for that because if you check Japanese websites hosting that stuff it seems that those characters are nowadays drawn with comically large nipples. It's pure self-mutilation as the photo of the girl with the many self-harm scars shows.

2 days post-op RFF phallo with Dr Min Jun (crane center) in San Francisco.

This chick was supposed to get glansplasty but they decided against it during surgery. Apparently the tissue wasn't in good enough shape. I'm guessing he just wanted to get her to pay for an extra surgery.

Wow, it looks like it’s already dying! No wonder they didn’t want to carve it up even more.

I will never understand removing your functioning genitalia, as sex and the pleasure from it is part of the human experience, not to mention SRS is still VERY much in its infancy
This is what gets me.

We have so much anecdotal history of even the most routine surgeries not healing in a manner that returns you to the exact state as before, and now you want to play with (lol) the most important part of your body?

I think shemales know it's a sunk cost, which is why they refuse to chop and have not only embraced the fetish they have become, but has now encroached on lesbian spaces because "women have penises so suck this girlcock or be labeled a tR@n5Ph0B3!"

Holly shit are those some Rough 30 years. I thought he was pushing 40 already!

Zippertits is a great and descriptive slur. I love it more and more every day.
Amen!

Zippertits is 100% right on the money.

But aside from the obvious zipper scars right across the chest, it’s really horrifying how BAD the results are in many cases.

No nipples, HIUUGE nipples, wrong placement, left over tissue… It goes beyond “whoops this is a risky procedure” and into “If we hurry up on this one, we can squeeze in two more this afternoon!”/ She signed an informed consent waiver!” Territory.

I’ve never seen results like this with surgeons doing mastectomies. (Especially the whoops! Missed a spot! Left over tissue.)

I was interested so I did some light googling and dang you're 100% right. Flat closure is apparently a new option for mastectomy patients that's catching on because it offers a good cosmetic result without the need for implants or follow-up. It's basically the same thing as 'top surgery ' but it looks a million times better:

(Taken from a website instructing women how to choose a doctor to get a flat result, as most will default to a skin-saving method that's great for implants/reconstruction)

One thing I notice in mastectomy vs top surgery is that almost all top surgery scars are that straight or c-shaped underboob thing, while mastectomies have a wide range of incision lines. It's almost like- gasp! - different breast shapes work better with different techniques! Who woulda thunk it?

How are these flat closures better than so many top surgeries? And I would guess at least some of these women had already had some sort of breast or chest surgery to try and control the cancer.
I don’t think ‘removing all the breast tissue’ is a high bar for top surgery. But so many of the surgeons don’t care.

That's something I never got, mastectomies aren't exactly new, so why are these girls getting such terrible results?
My guess is instead of going to a well qualified surgeon with experience in mastectomies they go for the money hungry quacks who market themselves as trans-friendly specifically. They'll butcher you good but damn it, they'll respect your pronouns.
Or maybe the good surgeons refuse to operate on physically healthy but mentally ill patients out of principle? They probably feel their time is better used actually helping the sick instead of scamming teenagers

I feel like maybe the surgeons doing mastectomies for life-saving reasons feel compassion for their patients, and endeavor to leave whatever skin and tissue remains in the best condition to do reconstruction. (Extra side flaps and droopy skin etc. will give reconstruction surgeons more to work with when going in for implants.) Because doctors working on cancer patients aren’t heartless butchers.

But a surgeon faced with a TiF lopping off their tits to role-play as a hairy incel just doesn’t give a shit. I suspect some disdain and contempt for them, and no desire to achieve an aesthetically-pleasing result. Hence, zippertits with lopsided pancake nipples (if any.)

Having done in depth research on at least a few of this thread's all-stars, my view is that most of the surgeons came into trans "medicine" for ideological reasons, rather than as an adjunct to an already respectable or thriving practice. Many come from other "wild west" areas of medicine such as bariatric medicine, fertility treatments, or hormone "replacement" (think "low T" for men). What they have in common are desperate patients with cash and a limited opportunity to shop around.
