Do videos being removed cause a strike, where 3 = a ban or is it just videos getting removed. If so its kind of a nothingburger.
https://youtu.be/JvjP4-i5QA4?t=701 pretty disgusting sexualization of a marginalized group though.
It depends on the infraction.

If Youtube considers it a Community Guideline Violation such as "Hate Speech", Spam, "Deceptive Practices" (lots of shit where anything could qualify, love these ambiguous rules) then 1 strike gets you suspended for a week, 2 strikes = 2 weeks suspension, 3 strikes = ban.

There's also warnings where Youtube gives you a e-mail saying you were naughty and shouldn't have said some things or spoke about a certain topic. Your video gets removed, but you don't get a strike or anything.

Copyright infractions generally get videos/streams deleted or demonetized and nothing else happens, unless if it's repeated then your account may get shut down.

Odds are Phil didn't even get a strike from any of this. For whatever reason, he's effectively Grandfathered in on Youtube while often newer accounts get strikes galore.

I hope we get more fishing games. Those are a thrill a minute. All the fun of a drunken outing with the disgusting uncle nobody in your family can stand being around without having to actually be in the same room/boat as them.
There is a new one dropping on the 30th; Call of the Wild TheAngler, looks promising if basing it off it's parent game thehunter is any way to measure it but knowing piggy he'll just milk the wheelchairs.

Actual "Proof" of This.

starts at 3:15.

So crazy they genuinely do have retards like phil 100% in mind when they make these games.

This should be posted more cause this is his legacy.

This is his only chantribution in gaming and it's not by choice or anything to be proud of.

When a prominent developer takes note of Phil it's only because he's so dumb and retarded that's it's become useful to sell more games to retards with no critical thinking skills.
I love how his reaction to them using his video was "ThAt'S iLlEgAl!"
DSP used their game to make his 'transformative piece of art', so now he owns that video; EvilAJ uses DSP's kahntent to make something transformative? DSP still owns that video.
He can react to that video because the underlying content is his. The hypocrisy never gets old with Dave.

@SauceRyuKen
I remember back before I completely stopped keeping up with DSP, it was shortly after the Reeanna breakup. Despite all the crazy drama back then, watching him for his inept gameplay was still the primary reason to gawk at him, now it's not even the tertiary one. Now the primary reason is a tossup between exposing his scams, seeing what an entitled delusional narcissistic piece of shit he is, or laughing at him being completely inept at even the most basic things in life. His shit gameplay will never go above 4th place in why people would wanna observe him anymore.

The only times I get that groove and vibe back is during particularly salty fighting game streams. Last week's stream was one of them, he usually has post-loss cope sessions but that one had a pre-loss cope session. He started the stream off bitching about tryhards and cheaters. He got destroyed multiple times and even went full high-pitched clown mode when he kept getting thrown around by a Guile player. That Guile player broke him, Phil faced him multiple times and Phil was ultratoxic towards him, telling him to run to Guile like the bitch he is. He also refused to end the stream in a timely manner because he didn't wanna end it with a loss against those cheating, lag-switch abusing, turbo controller having scrubs. He then dashboard ragequit after being beat by the same Guile player I mentioned earlier, which was also the first player he went up against that stream, finishing the stream strong with a salty and rage-filled post-loss cope rant where he claimed that Fightcade is a broken piece of shit just like this collection and that No True OG would ever play on Fightcade. A perfectly book-ended stream.

Thank you for the clarification, it got removed for hate speech apparently but not a strike, or else he would not be able to contain his anger and we would've heard about it on twitter. Definitely seems to be some pigroach luck and being grandfathered in with some special account probably having to do with it being older.
