This general apathy towards them has made it way more socially acceptable to speak freely (kinda lol'ing at hate crime laws) about trannies and other similar sensitive topics. This has created a bit of a feedback loop where because people are apathetic on the issue, politicians are seeing it as pointless to talk about it, leading to more apathy, etc etc.

TL;DR - Most of our politicians care more about making sure the country doesn't fall into ruin in the winter than even sparing a minute thinking about trannies.

I don’t think this is a move. For those of you who were in the gamergate mess, this should look familiar to the chuck tingle gofundme.
