The first trial was declared a mistrial or had a hung jury. It’s more that the Judge excluded evidence that likely would have influenced a jury to rule not guilty.

Plus was favoring the prosecutor pretty extremely, like restricting the defense in their ability to cross examine and shit-talking them in front of the jury.

Lol that's not even going to help most of the people who have been screeching about the issue, I'm not sure who they're planning to placate with that number because 10k is substantially lower than average college tuition. People who haven't been paying for two years though probably have much more than 10k in debt. So this seems like yet another one of Bidens carefully calculated moves to piss everyone off at the expense of everyone lol

I'm sure it happens in schools more often than you think. A girl I knew who went to the most prestigious girls school in the area, told me of a teacher having a relationship with one of the students. The school, wanting to protect it's reputation, paid off the family and simply transferred the teacher to another school.

The media are more interested in whipping people into a frenzy about the Church though. Maybe because they don't have government mandated curriculums and college brainwashed educators?

The average college debt upon graduation is $29,927. The median is lower (due to all the $300k degrees pulling up the average), and the average public school graduate has $26,627 of debt.

Student loan debt is an issue that doesn't affect many people, but the people who it does effect are very vocal online and in the media. If you have a modicum of financial sense, it isn't a big concern. $30k/4 years is only $7500 (interest doesn't start accruing on student loans until after graduation). A significant portion of that could be earned with a summer job/internship allowing debt-free graduation with zero scholarships or parental assistance. Also, college is a joke these days and there is more than enough time to work during the school year without sacrificing grades (source: me who has a degree in a "hard" field, took the maximum credit load, got good grades, and worked 30 hours a week).
